Clinical Research On Treatment Of Periarthritis Of Shoulder With Electric Acupuncture To Double TiaoKou

Objective To evaluate instant, near, the forward therapeutic effect on alleviating pain of paitients suffering from periarthritis of shoulder with acupuncturing double TiaoKou(ST38) with electric acupuncture , and assess its safety and compliance of paitients and identify partly main function and provide the explicit clinical basis, the operation standard for its main indication, so as to promote clinical practice.Methods We have adoped strictly randomized controlled trial(RCT) of many centers according to study methods of EBM(evdence based medicine) and DME(Desige,Mesurement and Evaluation in Clinical Research).276 patients were treated in three clinical centers, introducing the triple-center, randomized, single-blind and the controlled methods were adopted, resting on the unified diagnosis, bringing into ,removing, staging and the therapeutic effect standard. According to the random design and the blind method principle and the simple randomization (simple random numeration table), a total of 72 cases were assigned to treatment group and control group in each center,46 cases in each group. Those in treatment group were acupunctured double TiaoKou, through using continuous wave and high-frequency (100Hz) stimulus, 15±2mA intensity.10min later, low-frequency (2Hz) stimulus instead, in all 30mins. The concrete intensity varied by patient torlerance degree, once daily, with 5 sessions being a therapeutic course. Those in control group took orally Novolten capsule 0.1g, once daily, with 5 sessions being a therapeutic course. According to the records before and after the first time treatment, after the 5 times(a treatment course) treatment and at that time when reviewed patients after 1 month that all treatment course had ended ,we evaluated and assessed instant, near, the forward curative effect...
