The Experimental Study Of Domestic Clinical Knee Prosthesis Of Link Orthopedics(China)

Objective: Through analyse the radiological and clinical follow-upobservation， investigate the effect of link orthopedics (China) kneeprosthesis in the short-term clinical treatment of knee joint disease, discussthe feasibility of clinical application and prospect.Method: A retrospective analysis of the First Affiliated Hospital ofShandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Shandong ProvincialHospital) joint orthopedic December2012-June2013using the LinkOrthopedics (China) Co., Ltd. knee prosthesis system with total kneereplacement30cases of patients and has been listed by the German LINK productline similar knee total knee replacement patients in31cases,61knee, theclinical data were summarized and analyzed, through regular follow-up,according to the HSS score to evaluate the surgical effect. Assessed byradiographic knee radiographs and bone prosthesis interface to understandwhether there photic zone and hardened band, while understanding theprosthesis is loose, and prosthetic bone contact with the case. After surgerythe patient’s knee joint follow-up score, followed up6-15months, meanfollow-up of about12months. Evaluated using Link Orthopedics (China) Co.,Ltd. knee prosthesis system for the treatment of short-term clinical effectsof knee late in the disease, to provide an objective basis for clinicalapplications.Result:In this study, the test group of30patients,31cases in the control group, according to the statistical results, vital signs, test groupand control group subjects demographic indicators and baseline comparisonswere not statistically different. Before and after surgery, the test groupand the control group were observed index admission, examination results forall subjects were normal or abnormal meaningless, and did not change beforeand after treatment. Hss before and after surgery by calculating thedifference between the scores, showing the postoperative cases before thesubjects have significantly improved the statistical analysis, the differencebetween the two groups Hss score no statistical difference. Follow-up testsshowed that the product has a year to better security in product performance.X-ray showed the position of the knee prosthesis satisfaction, no prosthesisand bone interface region and sclerosis with no signs of loosening andinfection of the prosthesis. Postoperative wound infection does not appear,deep venous thrombosis, periprosthetic fractures and other complications.Patients with significantly improved knee function, pain relief thorough,enhanced stability and flexibility, gait returned to normal life can take careof themselves.Conclusions: Link Orthopedics (China) have produced limited treatmentof knee Knee System with advanced disease can get quite satisfactory earlyclinical efficacy can be widely used in clinical practice, patients relievepain, improve quality of life in patients with advanced disease of the knee.
