During thecondition of patients who accept ted TKA surgery after1week, four month,12month, By taking a physical check evaluation (HSS score) and radiationimaging examination in clinical evaluation method to assess the effectivenessand feasibility.No nerve damage, infection and complications such asdislocation.Result:Through clinical and imaging follow-up of30cases,30knees,follow-up rate was100%, postoperative follow-up4months to12months. Allof the patients after the install link orthopedic prosthesis (China) can significantly reduce pain, improve joint function, improve the quality of life.Knee Joint in Patients with Preoperative statistics HSS is divided into46.1plus or minus10.5points,1weeks after surgery was83.5plus or minus7.64points,4months after the operation is87.56plus or minus2.24points,scoring12months after operation87.63plus or minus4.02points.Comparedto the preoperative and postoperative the group p<0.01, there is a significantdifference. Than4months after the surgery and postoperative a Decemberp=0.86>0.05, no significant differences. Postoperative X-ray showing thelocation of knee joint prosthesis good, does not appear loose, phenomenonof dislocation infection.1cases of postoperative pulmonary embolism occursduring hospitalization.No nerve damage, infection and complications such as dislocation.Conclusions:Link Orthopedics (China) Knee prosthesis in treatment ofknee joint diseases can get the short-term good clinical results, relievethe suffering patients, improving the quality of life.
