Objective: On the basis of common therapy, to observe the effect betweenJIA-WEI-SI-MIAO-SAN and allopurinol in stage3-4CKD patients with hyperuricemia. To discuss the pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine in treating Hyperuricemia, and find a new method to treat it.Methods:The study include60patients that were in Shandong Province hospital ofTraditional Chinese Medicine from February2013to December2013.We divided thesepatients into treatment group and control group, and every group had30patients. On thebasis of low Phosphorus, low salt(with salt3-5g/d),low purine, high quality low protein, high caloric diet, and pressure and infection control, the treatment group was treated byJIA-WEI-SI-MIAO-SAN and the control group was treated by allopurinol(0.1g Bid).In the12weeks, treatment we would observe the change of serum uric acid(SUA) and renalfunction, and the change of24hours urinary protein quantity(U-TP),plasmaalbumin(Alb),total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG) and adverse reaction.Results:1.The effective percentage of treatment group and control group is andin treating Hyperuricemia, two groups of comparison has no statisticalsignificance(P>0.05).2.The Scr and BUN of the two groups decreased, the eGFR increasedafter the treatment. Two groups of comparison has no statistical significance(P>0.05)3.TheU-TP,TC,TG of the treatment group decreased and the Alb increased. The control groups U-TP,TC,TG and Alb had no change. The curative effect of treatment group is better thancontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.JIA-WEI-SI-MIAO-SAN can reduce the SUA level of stage3-4CKD patients with hyperuricemia.2.JIA-WEI-SI-MIAO-SAN and allopurinol can maintainthe renal function in stage3-4CKD patients with hyperuricemia.
