Purpose: In order to alleviate dysmenorrhea patients suffering, to improve the quality oflife, To treat weak-coled primary dysmenorrheal fundamentally,With the theory of syndromedifferentiation, Through the clinical observation of Wenjing decoction to treat weak-coledprimary dysmenorrhea,To discussed the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenjing decoction.Method: To divided randomly the patients who are conform to the criteria of thediagnosis into observation group36cases and control group36cases. The treatment groupadopt the wenjing decoction. Control group take shaofuzhuyu granule. Before7days to themenstrual period,The two groups start to treat. One period of treatment is10days. During themedication without any painkillers. Record patients’ symptom scores of traditional Chinesemedicine after3period of treatment,and analysis the results.Result:This study treated72cases primary dysmenorrhea patients. The group oftreatment was36cases,Healed was18cases (50%),10cases were markedly improved(27.78%),6cases were effective (16.67%), invalid were2cases (5.56%), the total effectiverate was94.44%. The group of Control was36cases,Healed was8cases (22.22%),9caseswere markedly improved (25%),12cases were effective (33.33%), invalid were7cases(19.44%), the total effective rate was80.56%. Through analysis of statistical that thetreatment group is better than that control group in effective`for weak-coled primarydysmenorrheal P<0.05.Conclusion:It is true that the effective of wenjing decoction treats weak-coled primarydysmenorrheal. And the observation group can be used as one of the recommended scheme oftreatment without adverse reactions It is safe and reliable in clinical application. So it isworthy to implement and use in clinical.
