Objective: To study the effect of golden cream due to subcutaneous soft tissue infectionin animal model and mechanism of action; to study the anti-inflammatory and analgesiceffects of golden paste.Methods:1, using Escherichia coli point injection on rat perianal injection, preparationof animal model of subcutaneous soft tissue infection was detected by blood cell analyzer,subcutaneous soft tissue infection the number of platelets, leukocytes, neutrophils in theserum of rats; using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the detection of blood TNF-a,IFN-a inflammatory cell inflammatory factors, to explore the golden cream high, low dosegroup in the treatment of subcutaneous soft tissue infection;2, through the preparation ofmodel of subcutaneous soft tissue infection, preparation of perianal lesions tissue pathologicalsection, observe the effect of jinhuanggao on subcutaneous soft tissue infection disease.3, byusing the mouse ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene and carrageenan induced paw edemamodel, to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of golden paste.4, the mouse hot platestimulation experiment, to observe the analgesic effect of golden paste.Results:1, compared with the control group, negative control group, the platelet,leukocyte, neutrophil numbers increased obviously, there was significant difference (P<0.01).Compared with the negative control group, Coptis ointment group, golden yellow膏高dosegroup, low dose group of white blood cells, neutrophils, platelets were rising, that goldencream high, low dose group of Escherichia coli induced rat subcutaneous soft tissue infectionhas certain therapeutic effects.2, compared with the control group, the content of IFN-aincreased TNF-a, negative control group, there were significant differences (P<0.01). Contentof Coptis ointment group, golden yellow膏高dose group TNF-a, IFN-a than the negativecontrol group, low, and compared with the negative control group, low dose group hadsignificant difference, TNF-a, IFN-a compared with the negative control group also hadsignificant difference, but its concentration were decreased. That golden cream high, low dosegroup of Escherichia coli induced rat subcutaneous soft tissue infection has certain therapeuticeffects.3, by pathological section shows, the negative control group within the organizationinflammation significantly, synovial layer thickening hyperaemia, edema, fiber bundle formation, a large number of neutrophils, mononuclear cell infiltration. Coptis ointment groupsignificantly reduced the synovial tissue inflammation, hyperemia, edema, synovialhyperplasia was not obvious, a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration; golden yellow膏高synovial tissue dose group significantly reduce inflammation, hyperemia, edema,synovial hyperplasia was not obvious, a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration;golden cream low dose group synovial hyperplasia, hyperemia, edema, fiber bundle theformation of ease, part of a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration. That golden creamon Escherichia coli induced rat subcutaneous soft tissue infection disease has a certaintherapeutic effect.4, and honey matrix group, Coptis ointment group ear swelling decreased(P <0.01), the ear swelling reduced golden cream high, low dose group, group the swellingrate decreased (P <0.05); the golden cream has obvious anti-inflammatory effect.5, andhoney matrix group,1H group,2h, Rhizoma Coptidis extract4H of paw licking timeprolonged (P <0.05), golden yellow膏高dose group1H,2h of paw licking time (P <0.05),golden cream low dose group2H licking time prolonged (P <0.05), the golden paste hasobvious analgesic effect..Conclusion: Golden paste can be decreased by Escherichia coli caused by infection ofskin and soft tissue TNF-a, IFN-a level in rats blood, that golden ointment can inhibit thefurther deterioration of subcutaneous soft tissue infection. Dynamic balance golden cream canregulate neutrophil, model animal blood in the subcutaneous soft tissue infection of whiteblood cells, platelets, the golden cream can alleviate the effects of subcutaneous soft tissueinfection damage, accelerating the healing of subcutaneous soft tissue infection. Pathologyshowed: golden yellow paste significantly reduce perianal lesions deterioration, inhibitinflammation, can protect the perianal tissue effectively, from inflammatory intrusions, so asto achieve the purpose of treatment of subcutaneous soft tissue infection; golden cream canreduce xylene induced mouse ear swelling, decrease caused by carrageenan mouse footswelling rate, the has anti-inflammatory effect; Golden cream can shorten the time of licking,that golden cream has analgesic effect.
