Objective: In this paper, we choose the healthy population and earlycerebral arteriosclerosis ranging from all age stages as the object ofstudy to determine the normal hemodynamic parameters reference ranges andtrends of brain artery of different age intervals healthy people, and makea comparative study between the various parameters index in patientswith early cerebral arteriosclerosis with them in the same age group,andexplore the use of cerebral artery blood flow velocity parameter index(peak systolic velocity Vs, the end of diastolic peak velocity Vd,pulsatility index PI, resistant index RI, systolic/diastolic velocityratio S/D)the appraised value in early cerebral artery elasticity,tolay foundation for further TCCD quantitative diagnosis in early cerebralarteriosclerosis,and we can make quantitative diagnosis of cerebralarteriosclerosis by observing the spectrum of morphologic changes.Method:Control group enrolled413people, they were divided into4groupsby age:25to34age group、35to44age group、45to54age group and55to64age group. Disease group enrolled100people,from45to54yearsold. Use American GE LOGIQ7Color Doppler ultrasonography with the2.5MHzprobe and TCCD condition. Detecte and record systolic velocity(Vs)、end of diastolic velocity(Vd)、resistant index(RI)、pulsatility index(PI)、systolic-diastolic flow velocity ratio(S/D)、time to peakvelocity(TPV) and cardiac cycle (T) of bilateral middle cerebral arteryand basilar artery.Then observe the changes of blood flow spectrumgraphics.All data was analyaed by SPSS19.0statistieal software packageand SAS9.3.Result:1.Analysis of the parameters of the control group(1)The comparison of Vs、Vd of three artery among different age stages in control group:With age increased, Vs, Vd is gradually reduced;thegroup25-34>group35-44> group45-54> group55-64, and group55-64ismore obvious to reduce the amplitude.The comparing of each data set wasstatistically significant (P <0.0001)。(2)We make pared analysis up left and right middle cerebral arteryblood flow velocity for different age intervals and find that the resultsobtained are o significant difference (P>0.05).(3)The comparison of PI、 RI、S/D of three artery among differentage stages in control group:With age increased, PI、 RI、S/D is graduallyincreased;the group25-34<group35-44<group45-54<group55-64, andgroup55-64is increased significantly more pronounced.The comparingof each data set was statistically significant (P <0.0001)。2.Analysis of the parameters of disease groups(1)Relationship of reference range between disease and controlgroups: We draw a reference range of the parameters in group45-54inthe control group by percentile method,and make it as a normal range.Themeasured data of disease group were compared with the range,and we foundthat the parameters of the majority patients be within this normal range.(2)The comparison of Vs、Vd of disease group and the respectivecontrol group:the Vs、Vd of disease group which are within the normalrange are statistically.Compared with the corresponding control groups,the Vs、Vd of three arteries in disease group were decreased and werestatistically significant(P <0.05).(3)The comparison of RI、PI、S/D:of disease group and the respectivecontrol group:the RI、PI、S/D of disease group which are within the normalrange are statistically.Compared with the corresponding controlgroups,only RI, PI, S/D in basilar artery were increased and there wassignificant(P <0.05); and the difference of RI, PI, S/D in bilateralmiddle cerebral artery not statistically significant (P>0.05)。 3.The spectral patterns of three artery of disease groupAccording to different TCCD spectrum image forms of early brainarteriosclerosis of disease group,there will be divided into normal type,abnormal type (type doublet fusion, type S2≥S1, type delay after thepeak).The results show abnormal rate of the spectrum in bilateral cerebralartery are85%, while abnormal rate of the spectrum in basilar arteryabnormalities was91%.Conclusion:1.With age gradually,cerebral artery blood flow velocity reducingand pulsatility index and resistant index RI、systolic/diastolicvelocity ratio increasing in healthy people,after the age of55,thechanges are more especially apparent.2.Early hemodynamic parameters in patients with cerebralarteriosclerosis (Vs, Vd, PI, RI and S/D) compared with normal person isdifferent, the blood flow velocity Vs, Vd, had a tendency to reduce, basalartery PI, RI and S/D have higher trend.3.The abnormal rate of blood flow spectral parameters andmorphological changes of posterior circulation were higher than them ofanterior circulationin in early cerebral arteriosclerosis。...
