Clinical Analysis Of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy In27Cases

Objective：To compare the therapeutic effect of uterine artery chemoembolization (UACE)and targeted methotrexate (MTX) injection by ultrasound guided in the patient withcesarean scar pregnancy(CSP).Methods:A study of27cases of patients treated with CSP in the1st hospital of JilinUniversity (2012Jan.-2014Jul.), including the two different treating methods ofUACE and MTX analyzed retrospectively. Statistic analysis was performed withSPSS17.0.Results:1. There is no statistical difference in patients’ age, numbers of pregnancy, timesof cesarean delivery, days of pregnancy, the first blood β-hCG value, the size ofultrasonic lesion and other aspects of the contrasting two groups(p>0．05). There is nostatistical significance of the cases of UACE and the cases of MIX(p>O．05).2. All of the27cases were cured. The average time of β-hCG values down tonormal is34.21±21.43days in UACE cases. The case with MTX is22.69±13.10days.The normal time needed for β-hCG down to normal is not obvious compared with thetwo groups. The result of treating is unobvious（p>0.05）. The average hospitalizationcost of UACE was21426.07±4244.98. And the case with MIX is6759.54±5230.57.The hospitalization cost of UACE is much higher than the other group（p>0.05）3. The postoperative abdominal pain was observed in all of the14cases in UACE,including one case abdominal pain kept for5days,3cases got high fever (>38℃),4cases got acid bilges on legs,2cases with oligomenorrhea. There is only one case in thetarget group of MTX got high fever (>38℃) in postoperative period. There is no leg discomfort. There is no statistical significance in amount of bleeding（p>0.05）. Thereis statistical significance in the day of postoperative pain of MIX and the degree offever radiation（p<0.05）. All of the two index numbers of MIX case are lower UACE.There is statistical significance in menstrual recovery time.（p<0.05）The time ofmenstrual recovery of UACE is much longer than MIX.
