A Before-after Self-contrlled Trial Study On The Efficacy Of Qian Kun Ning To97HIV Infectors

Objective:Through clinical observation the changes of CD4count and HIV viral load of before and after Qian Kun Ning treat HIV Infectors, to evaluate its anti-virus and protect the immune system efficacy.Methods:97HIV Infectors were chosen by certain standards and given Qian Kun Ning treatment for3times a day and each six tablets about6months, Use the designs of self-contrast before and after treatment.Once3months record the patient’s condition after treatment with blood CD4and HIV viral load. We Compared the patient’s condition with the value of blood CD4and viral load respectively before and after treatment of3months,6months to carry out a analysis of clinical efficacy.Results:In the value of blood CD4, pre-treatment the CD4values less than350/ul subjects, in late6months after his treatment than pre-treatment, CD4value comparison showed an increas, but the difference was not statistically significant, its effective rate,stable rate better more than other levels of patients; In the viral load, the group of pre-treatment viral load is equal or greater than5.0log/ml, after treatment of3,6months compared with before treatment, comparison has decreased, but the difference was not statistically significant, its effective rate is also more high than other levels of patients.Conclusion:The Qian Kun Ning has potential to improve the immunity for HIV infectors, but not yet showing the effect of reducing the viral load, its clinical efficacy remains to be further studied.
