Objective:to research the neural electrophysiological basis of acupuncture treatment for attention deficit of insomnia patients.Method:the observation object include30primary insomnia patients and30normal human, the acupuncture group compare before and after treatment or compare with the normal group, acupuncturing "Bai Hui"(DU20)、"Shen Ting"(DU24)、"Si Shencong"(EX-HN1)、"Shen Men"(HT7) and "San Yinjiao"(SP6). Once a day,10times as a period, include2periods. Using PSQI to assess the primary insomnia patient’s quality and structure of sleep, Schulte grid scale and32guide ERP to assess the changing in attention deficit of insomnia patients. The acupuncture group get all of tests before treatment、one period and at the end of the treatment, in total of3times. The normal group get the same tests without any treatment.Results:1.the evaluation of sleep quality:after one period and two periods acupuncture treatment, there is significant differences in the PSQI compares with the beginning in acupuncture group,and there is no significant differences in normal group. The beginning of the acupuncture group compares with the normal group there is significant differences.2.the evaluation of attention deficit:(1) Schulte grid scale: after one period and two periods acupuncture treatment, there is significant differences compares with the beginning in acupuncture group,and there is no significant differences in normal group. The beginning of the acupuncture group compares with the normal group there is significant differences.(2)P300:in acupuncture group after one period and two periods acupuncture treatment compares with the beginning,the latency of P3a、P3b is shorter, the amplitude of P3a、P3b is lower,there is significant differences. One period treatment compares with two periods treatment there is significant differences; the normal group compares with the beginning of the acupuncture group there is significant differences; the normal group compares with the two periods treatment of the acupuncture group there is no significant differences; there is no significant differences compares in the own normal group.(3)CNV:in the acupuncture group,the end of the treatment compares with the beginning,the latency of point A and point C is shorter, the amplitude of A-B is higher,the area of A-S2’ and S2’-C is bigger, all of the above dates has significant differences. The beginning of acupuncture group compares with normal group, the latency of point A and point C is longer, the amplitude of A-B is lower,.the area of A-S2’is smaller and S2’-C is bigger, all of the dates has significant differences.3. the correlation analysis of sleep quality and attention deficit:in the acupuncture group, there is significant correlation in PSQI with Schulte grid scale, the PSQI with the latency and amplitude of P300,there is no significant correlation in PSQI with the latency and amplitude of CNV; there is no significant correlation in the Schulte grid scale with the latency of P300, there is significant correlation with the latency and amplitude of CNV.Conclusion:1. the lower sleep quality causes attention deficit, which influence the life quality of the patient.2. Acupuncture treatment can improve the sleep quality to cure the attention deficit of primary insomnia patients.3.Acupuncture cure the attention deficit of primary insomnia patients by adjusting on contrary the abnormal nerve electrophysiology changing in the brain.
