Researching The Methods Of Warming Yang、tonitying Deficiency And Removing Blood Stasis For Treatment Of Infertility In The Ancient Books

Objective:Reviewing the literatures of tonifying deficiency,Wen Yang and removing blood stasis for treatment of infertility in the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine before the Qing dynasty and the Qing dynasty.Method:According to the historical order, Searching these key words:childlessness,JueZi, infertility, conceptionv failture, Jue Chan,Duan Xu,no son,JueSi, female can not be for mother, Quan Bu Chan and therapy, Paper screened out the gynecology infertility literatures in TCM ancient books and analysed relevant the therapy prescription before the Qing dynasty and the Qing dynasty.Result:The study digged23TCM ancient books,66ancient prescriptions and142Chinese herbs about the treatment of gynecology infertility1. From ancient times to the Qin and Han Dynasties the representative works were Huangdi Neijing and Synopsis of Golden Chamber. there were5original papers and1ancient prescription about infertility.2. From Wei Jin southern and northern dynasties to Sui and Tang dynasties the representative works were General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases, Mai jing, A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Invaluable Prescriptions for Ready Reference. There were21original infertility discussions and2ancient prescriptions.3. The representative works of the periods of Song, Jing and Yuan dynasties were Sheng Ji ZongLu.Huangdi Plain Questions Xuanming Lun Fang, Gezhi Yu Lun, Dan xi Xin fai, Furen Daquan Liang Fang. There were12original papers and20ancient prescriptions about infertility.4. The representative works of the Ming and Qing dynasties were Women Zheng Zhi Zhun Sheng, GuangSIJIYao, WanShiFuRenKe Revised Good Remedies for Women, Compendium of Medicine,Fu Ke Xin Fa Yao Jue, Jing Yue Encyclopedia·Woman. Nu Ke Zhi Yao, Nu Ke Yao Zhi, Correction of Errors in Medical Classics, Fu Qing zhu Nu Ke, Synopsis of Treating Women’s Disease. There were40original infertility discussions and43ancient prescriptions.5. Tonifying deficiency herbs were most used in the treatment for infertility. The top five drugs were ginseng, atractylodes, yam, licorice, chinese angelica. Wen Yang herbs were used in the treatment of infertility in the second. The top five Wen Yang drugs were aconite, Sichuan pepper, ginger, cinnamon, Wu Zhuyu. Activating microcirculation and removing stasis medicinal herbs were used in third.The top five activating microcirculation and removing stasis medicinal drugs were rhizoma chuan xiong, rhizoma corydalis, radix, peach kernel, Ze Lan.Conclusions:1. The treatments of infertility are tonifying deficiency, warming yang, moving blood stasis as the main therapy.2. Reviewing the ancient books of tonifying deficiency, warming yang and removing blood stasis for treatment of infertility. It can provide reference for further improving the effect in modern clinical treatment for infertility.
