Because of increasing of China’s population aging and standard of living, people on oral repair put forward higher request on oral repair. But in domestic, the traditional method of making denture is by hand, this method not only process trivial, production cycle is long, the consumption of manpower is large, teeth is not beautiful, it can’t satisfy just-for-once medical requirements. There have some kinds of commercialized Artificial Teeth repair CAD/CAM systems, these kinds of systems can made denture simply, short period, beautiful shape, the doctor can finish the whole process of treatment next to the patient. It can be satisfied for just-for-once in treatment, So developed a set of suitable for China’s national conditions denture CAD/CAM system becomes very important.Each restoration surface is complex, it can’t produce its program by hand, how to ensure the correctness of the NC program by the software; How to ensure the denture multi-axial linkage in processing not happened cut, owe cut, the phenomenon such as collision, and cause unnecessary loss, become the difficulty in the numerical control processing denture.Through consulting denture processing, the relevant documents and systematic study of the denture processing system research status and the application prospects. Further study the UG processing module and post-processing module, numerical control simulation software of professional VERICUT for a comprehensive study. Discusses the necessity of five axis machining denture is calculated, and the processing parameters and give the denture processing method.Using UG CAD module building five axis CNC machine model, finishing NC program in CAM module, and using UG POST made denture special-purpose numerically-controlled machine tool’s post-processing files, using post-processing files created machine code that can be directly executable; NC In NC output by UG STL model and numerical control program, and on the basis of VERICUT realized the denture using the simulation of NC machining process, and tests the processing quality inspection. Due to the tool path is through the software automatically generated, so it is necessary to optimize the process, through the optimization of the VERICUT optimization module, so as to shorten processing time.This paper, by using virtual machining technology can solve the denture met in the actual processing of all kinds of problems, improve programming speed, shorten processing time, reduce production cost and improve the processing quality. By means of simulation theory research topic part of the content to the test and proof, using UG and VERICUT simulation combining for virtual machining of denture is a feasible method.
