Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS, Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy) in the recent success of a growing number of clinical magnetic resonance applied to the field at home and abroad. Diagnosis of magnetic resonance spectroscopy is the only non-invasive study of metabolism in tissues, biological method of quantitative analysis of compounds, and find the disease as early as other imaging tools. In recent years, MRS software packages have become the standard configuration in high-field magnetic resonance equipment abroad, so the domestic self-developed1.5T magnetic resonance equipment to achieve MRS data acquisition and post-processing has become one of urgent tasks.Application of magnetic resonance spectroscopy is to quantify the concentration of metabolites to compare diagnosis of disease.For this problem, despite a large number of studies published, it is still difficult to accurately estimate the concentration of these metabolites, mainly because of the non-uniform magnetic field lower signal to noise ratio, the larger molecules, such as the reasons for interference. Therefore, the magnetic resonance imager signal post processing software has become the field of magnetic resonance spectroscopy of the hot issues and difficult problems.In this paper, the latest available research from a wide range of research results abroad start post-processing of magnetic resonance spectroscopy in the frequency domain when the two types of algorithms in depth and detailed discussion and experiments, in accordance with the spectrum of post-processing sequence, since the magnetic resonance spectroscopy signals (FID:free induction decay), the signal to zero-filled to reduce noise, DC offset correction, the signal suppression of water molecules, the signal phase correction and baseline correction of the five parts of a comparative analysis of a large number of experiments. Based on the complexity of nuclear magnetic resonance signal and noise,wavelet analysis in signal processing will be the unique advantages of wavelet analysis applied to nuclear magnetic resonance signal de-noising. A key question of MRS is the amplitude of the strong impact of the water which summit to organizations interested in the observation of metabolite resonance. Therefore, this paper devoted to the use of a chapter on the suppression of water signal to study the latest technology in the study of foreign technology, the use of filter methods, singular value decomposition, Wavelet analysis of residual water signal suppression. In this paper, frequency domain processing mainly includes phase correction and baseline correction two types of processing steps, phase correction phase of technological innovation will be the introduction of magnetic resonance spectroscopy of processing, can be overcome the first-order phase error. Finally, the results of this paper made a brief summary of research directions and to make the next step.In this paper, a post-processing algorithm for magnetic resonance spectroscopy experiments, the experimental results show that the achievement of the post-processing algorithm, a good deal with the completion of the spectrum of time-frequency domain signal of the requirements; the content of this article will not only serve the engineering practice, but also in the domestic outside the latest research conducted on the basis of innovation algorithm. Fully independent of the magnetic resonance spectroscopy of the post-processing algorithm research laboratory.
