The Clinical Analysis Of Diagnosis And Treatment In Gastric Apophysis Lesions By Multi-mirror Joint

Objective: Through comparative analysis of clinical curative effect in stomach apophysislesions treatment by double mirror joint and single mirror, to explore the clinical value ofthe double mirror joint treatment in gastric apophysis lesions.Methods: Retrospective analysis80cases of gastric apophysis lesions which treatment inour hospital by endoscopic laparoscopic double mirror joint, simple endoscopy and simplelaparoscope from2012sep to2014feb, which double mirror joint group of20cases, simpleendoscopic group of30cases and simple laparoscopic group of30cases, compared threegroups’ some clinical indicators of average operation time, average intraoperative blood loss,average postoperative hospital stay, average hospitalization expenses, postoperativecomplications, etc.Results: In the simple endoscopic group, the simple laparoscopic group and double mirrorcombined treatment group, average operation time were131min,161min and168minrespectively; average blood loss was22.2ml,23.5ml and16.2ml respectively; meanpostoperative hospital stay was7.3d,9.5d and7.8d respectively; average hospital cost was13,884yuan,18,804yuan and21,327yuan respectively, analysis the relevant clinicalindicators in the three groups by variance, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Further comparison between the two groups, it can be considered that the mean operativetime of the simple endoscopic group was significantly reduced compared to the other twoshorter; the average blood loss of the double mirror combination group was significantlyreduced to the other two groups; the average postoperative hospital stay of the simplelaparoscopic group was significantly longer compared to the other two groups; the averagecost of hospitalization of the simple endoscopic group was significantly reduced comparedto the other two groups.80cases of patients with gastric apophysis lesions, simple endoscopic treatment group of30patients, one case of postoperative bleeding, two cases of fever, two cases of perforation;simple laparoscopic treatment group of30patients, postoperative fever in3cases,obstruction in2cases; while the double mirror combined treatment group of20patients, no case of postoperative surgical complications accordingly.Conclusion: The treatment in stomach apophysis lesions by Endoscopic laparoscopicdouble mirror joint has the advantages of accurate positioning, fewer complications, worthyof further clinical applications.
