Objective:By comparing and analyzing the endoscopic diagnosis results and pathological diagnosis results of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions,it is understood whether there is any inconsistency between endoscopic diagnosis and pathological diagnosis. At the same time, the clinical diagnosis, guidance and application value of NBI magnifying endoscopy in early gastric cancer and its precancerous lesions were discussed. Methods:Collecting the common gastroscope from the Digestive Endoscopy Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2015 to January 2019.After suspicious lesions were found in parallel with NBI amplification, the early gastric cancer or precancerous lesions were found in the hospital.Retrospective review and analysis of data from patients undergoing submucosal treatment.A total of 58 cases were diagnosed as "gold standard" by pathological examination. The preoperative NBI magnifying endoscopic and postoperative pathological results of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions were compared. The NBI magnified endoscopic gastric gland opening morphology and microvessels. The morphological and pathological diagnosis results were compared and analyzed to evaluate the clinical diagnosis and application value of the NBI magnifying endoscopy. Results:Pathological diagnosis showed that there were 20 cases of chronic gastritis in 58 lesions,18 intestinal metaplasia,6 low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia,14high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or early gastric cancer. The common white light gastroscopy and magnifying endoscopy diagnosis were consistent with pathological diagnosis, accounting for 70.7% and 84.5%,respectively,and Kappa values were 0.590 and0.784,respectively.NBI magnifying endoscopic observation of gastric mucosal gland opening morphology in early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions was significantly positively correlated with histopathological changes(P<0.001).NBI magnifying endoscopic observation of gastric mucosal microvascular morphology in early gastriccancer and precancerous lesions was significantly positively correlated with histopathological changes(P<0.001).Conclusion:There is a certain difference between endoscopic diagnosis and pathological diagnosis.NBI magnifying endoscopy has great clinical application value and guidance for the diagnosis of early gastric cancer and precancerous lesions, which can improve the accuracy of biopsy site and can be used as disease screen. An important means of investigation.
