Objectives:Discuss industrial X-ray flaw detection places around the influence factors of the inspection staff personal dose and dose; Industrial X-ray flaw detection of radiation protection status and the X-ray flaw detection operator according to dose correlation; In order to reduce the radiation of X ray flaw detection practitioners and the public health hazard to provide technical support;In order to ensure the security of radiation workers health and provide evidence for an effective management system.Methods:Part of wuxi industrial X-ray detection field investigation, a fixed place of detection room or around the scene inspection measurement control area boundary radiation protection level, personal monitoring data collected inspection staff external exposure. Research on measurement data analysis and processing, industrial X-ray flaw detection place dose distribution, discusses industrial X-ray flaw detection room around the influence factors of the inspection staff personal dose and dose, radiation protection status and the X-ray flaw detection operator illuminated dose of relevance.Results:Fixed place radiation levels around the inspection operators except the part of introduction (door) and artifacts to outside (door) higher outside all meet the national standards requirements; To conduct on-site inspection unit of the preset controlled area border check points of radiation level in accordance with the national standard requirements; The vast majority of industrial X-ray flaw detection from personnel of course of individual monitoring meter2013individual effective dose is less than2.0mSv, in1.0~2.0mSv proportion of personnel accounting for63.93%of the total number of employees, in2.0~5.0mSv personnel proportion accounted for6.39%of total number of employees, in5.0~10.0mSv personnel proportion accounted for0.91%of total number of employees, no meter monitoring personnel individual annual effective dose greater than10.0mS/.Conclusions:1)surrounding radiation dose and industrial X-ray flaw detection room inspection staff personal dose exist statistical link.(2) personnel of excessive exposure causes manly industrial X-ray flaw detection practitioners detection operations in violation of the provisions of the corresponding protection by accident.(3) personal dose monitoring data consistent with workplace radiation level is not the main cause of forget is a personal dosimeter in the exposure chamber and control area caused by mistake, or is not properly equipped with dose meter and the inspection work less and so on.(4) to improve the protection of the effective measures for fixed detection room should according to their own characteristics and standard design work, pay attention to the door of the shielding effect in practical work monitoring, comprehensive utilization of field detection operator to distance and shielding protection, try to reduce external exposure dose.
