Objective: To explore the Allergic rhinitis incidence in Urumqi,to analyzethe using of hospital drug of allergic rhinitis. To explore the influence factors of allergicrhinitis,in order to provide reference basis for the prevention of disease.Methods: Tested200cases AR patients conform to the diagnostic standard andeligibility with self-made questionnaire,recorded the demographic characteristicsincluding gender, age, course of the disease, occupation, disease diagnosis, AR model andthe related factors such as smoking, drinking, family history, personal history,etc.Analyzed the allergic rhinitis medicine rationality and major adverse drug reactions.100cases were randomly selected from200patients with AR, they were set as casegroup and chose the gender, age, matching the rest100cases as control group in the otherpatients without AR.Analyzed the risk factors of AR with Logistic regression analysisincluding single factor and multiple factors analysis.Results: There were a total of913effective questionnaire,200patients with AR, ARprevalence was21.91%, there was no statistically significant difference of prevalencebetween men and women;Patients with AR career were given priority to workers, allergenwas given priority to with artemisia and house dust mites; there were77cases withSeasonal AR,while other123cases with perennial AR, most patients received drugtreatment, a total of170cases of combination treatment of total effective rate were higherthan that of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, Chinese medicinetreatment of total effective rate was higher than western medicine, but there was nostatistically significant difference (P>0.05); Commonly used treatments for nasalcorticosteroids, antihistamines, decongestants, DDDs were118.16,110.65,980200days,nasal corticosteroids total effective rate was higher than antihistamines, but there was nostatistically significant difference (P>0.05); Nasal corticosteroids adverse reactions mainly for blurred vision, antihistamines adverse reactions mainly for lethargy,decongestants adverse reactions mainly for insomnia and nervousness, anti leukotrieneadverse reactions mainly for burning pain, sneezing, nasal corticosteroids incidence ofadverse reactions was significantly lower than other three drugs (P<0.05). Single factoranalysis showed that the may influence factors of AR were sick pets, indoor flowers,house decoration, occupational dust exposure, family history, western-style diet; Multiplefactors analysis showed that family history, western-style diet and occupational exposureto dust were AR disease risk factors, the OR was respectively5.227,4.401and4.231.Conclusion: incidence of allergic rhinitis in Wu Lu Mu Qi is high,the treatment is stillgiven priority to with drug treatment, commonly are used drugs for nasal corticosteroidsand antihistamines, the curative effect is close,clinical medicine should in strictaccordance with the measurement and pay attention to the prevention of adverse reactions.Family history, western-style diet and occupational exposure to dust are AR disease riskfactors, we should intensify propaganda and education, do effective prevention of AR.
