In this thesis, research and statistical analysis of clinical diagnosis and treatmentmethod of combining explore invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness application ofchest pain (stable angina pectoris) diagnosis and treatment. First, the use of philology, tocollect the ancient and modern literature, systematic analysis of governance from thespleen phlegm chest pain pathogenesis, Treatment characteristics relevant literature andmodern research. Secondly, in line with the collection of clinical cases of chest pain (stableangina pectoris) TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria and diagnostic criteria, the use ofChinese medicine treatment efficacy Jianpihuashitang of observation and control researchand analysis, to explore the invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness in the diagnosisand treatment of chest pain and promote theoretical research and improve the clinicalefficacy of the treatment of stable angina pectoris. Objective: Wet treatment using jianpihuashitang soup certificate of chest pain (stableangina pectoris), and also a method to detect the application of medical statistics relatedindicators associated stable angina pectoris, in order to evaluate the stability ofJianpihuashitang soup quality of life in patients with angina pectoris, the safety andeffectiveness of clinical symptoms and related physiological changes as well as theefficacy evaluation, in order to provide an objective basis invigorating spleen foreliminating dampness in clinical efficacy evaluation. Methods:The issue on60cases from January2013to December2013, ShanxiProvince Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Cardiology clinics and wards fortreatment of chest pain patients. Will comply with chest pain (stable angina pectoris) inWestern diagnostic criteria and comply with thoracic obstruction syndrome TCM phlegmXinmaitong standard60patients,28patients with male, female32cases were randomized.A control group and treatment group of30patients in the control group receivedconventional Western medicine-based treatment, the treatment group to Jianpihuashitangsoup decoction.1month observation period, the two groups were observed before andafter clinical symptoms of angina, ECG changes, the reduction rate of nitroglycerin stop itsefficacy evaluation, and routine monitoring of indicators of adverse reactions. 1. on each of two groups of patients before treatment efficacy index age, diseaseduration, nitroglycerin stopped by, TCM syndrome score and ECG and other statisticalmethods by medical examination, there was no significant difference (P>0.05),indicating that the control group pre-treatment and treatment groups with certaincomparable;2. In comparing the two groups of patients to improve the efficacy of TCM symptomscore volume: the treatment group was86.67%, the control group was76.67%, the totalefficiency of the treatment group than the control group, but the comparison betweengroups P>0.05, not statistically differences;3. Two groups of patients in clinical symptoms graded quantify the overall efficacycomparison: between the two groups before the overall efficacy of the treatment (P>0.05)was not statistically significant between the two groups after treatment, there weresignificant differences in overall efficacy (P <0.05) there was statistically significant;explain the treatment group than the control group to4. in the two groups of patients ECG changes comparison: the treatment group totaleffective rate76.67%electrocardiogram; total effective control group was66.67%, thetotal efficiency of the treatment group to the control group, but the comparison betweengroups P>0.05, no significant difference;5. patients in both groups nitroglycerin stopped by rate comparison: nitroglycerinstopped by treatment group was85.71%, hear rate of75.00%in the control group;nitroglycerin stopped by the higher rate of the treatment group, but the comparisonbetween groups P>0.05, no significant difference;6. Two cases patients had no apparent toxicity, safety and tolerability were good. Conclusion: Severity of angina stable angina pectoris (phlegm Xinmaitong certificate)patients on the basis of conventional Western medicine therapy plus Jianpihuashitang soupcan be effectively improved, can relieve angina duration, improve myocardial ischemia, relieve chest pain, chest tightness and other major symptoms and reduce the amount oftaking nitroglycerin and improve clinical outcomes after treatment with a good safety andtolerability.
