Correlation Between Ultrasound Semi-Quantitative Score,Other Ultrasonic Indicators And Liver Function Of Chronic Hepatitis B Patients

Objective To probe the difference of liver index, hepatic portal vein diameter, portal blood flow velocity and liver function between different ultrasound groups who infected by hepatitis B virus. And to analyze the correlation between ultrasonic score, liver index, hepatic portal vein diameter, portal vein blood flow velocity and liver function.Methods The echo of liver capsule, liver edge, liver tissue, the venous blood wall and gallbladder wall of67patients (43male patients,24female patients, aged from22to60years, mean age48.3±9.6years) with chronic hepatitis B were scored by ultrasonic semi-quantitative scores; and liver size, portal vein diameter and portal vein blood flow velocity were measured. The difference of liver function, liver index, hepatic portal vein diameter and portal vein blood flow velocity were analyzed between different ultrasound groups; and the relation between ultrasonic score, liver index, hepatic portal vein diameter, portal vein blood flow velocity and liver function were probed. Results The differences were statistically significant between liver index, hepatic portal vein diameter, portal vein blood flow velocity and liver function of different ultrasound groups (P<0.05). Total protein (TP), albumin (Alb), prealbumin (PA) and cholinesterase (CHE) were negatively related to the ultrasonic score and hepatic portal vein diameter; and were positively related to liver index and portal vein blood flow velocity (|r|>0.4,P<0.05). Alkaline phosphatase (Alp) was positively related to ultrasonic score and hepatic portal vein diameter; and was negatively related to liver index and portal vein blood flow velocity (|r|>0.4,P<0.05).The correlation coefficients between ultrasonic score and TP. Alb. PA. CHE. Alp were-0.634、-0761、-0.877、-0.763and0.722, and that were high than other ultrasonic indicators.Conclusions Liver ultrasonic score, liver index, hepatic portal vein diameter and portal vein blood flow velocity have certain correlation with liver function, and the relationship between liver ultrasonic score and liver function is more close.
