Objective:To study the distribution pattern of chronic non-atrophic gastritis,(CNAG) TCM explore the CNAG TCM syndromes endoscopic mucosal performance, Helicobacter pylori (Helico bacteria pylori, Hp) infection and other factors, improving the CNAG TCM syndrome system, so as to provide an objective basis for the CNAG clinical research. Methods:Clinical collected208cases of CNAG patients meet the inclusion criteria, record patient clinical data and on the TCM syndrome type combined with patients endoscopic gastric mucosal performance, data entry, analysis SPSS17.0statistical software. Results:The results of this study showed that endoscopic mucosal changes and TCM syndrome type CNAG have some relevance. The study included208patients, mainly in the spleen and stomach up to the patient, followed by liver qi stagnation, spleen, liver and stomach swelter, stomach yin deficiency stomach in patients with a minimum of collateral stasis. CNAG various syndromes and gender difference was not statistically significant. TCM syndromes are each older group the highest incidence; rather young to qi stagnation and spleen most common. More common in middle-aged places spleen and stomach. CNAG’s results of the study showed predisposing factors predisposing factors in common chronic non atrophic gastritis, led to improper diet, followed by mental and physical and chemical factors, respectively. Another21.1%of patients with no obvious incentive onset In the course of the relationship with TCM, the TCM to the liver qi stagnation, spleen and liver and stomach stagnant heat of the most common; March-1years and1-5years, spleen and stomach, liver qi stagnation and spleen syndrome is more common in5-10years with a weak stomach syndrome is the most common, more than10years, and the stomach to stomach yin deficiency syndrome-based network congestion. Different syndromes HP infection detection rates:the highest certificate spleen, spleen and stomach infection to a minimum. CNAG various syndromes and endoscopic mucosal manifestations were significantly correlated with spleen and stomach mucosal edema as the main performance liver qi stagnation mainly as mucosal erythematic, edema; spleen and liver and stomach stagnant heat syndrome bleeding or places erosion mainly in the mucosa of the stomach yin deficiency syndrome rough-based. Relations with tongue in endoscopy, gastric mucosal erythema mirrored to the main person, pink tongue to tongue-based; gastric mucosal edema in the main mirror, pale tongue tongue places dominated; mucosal and submucosal blood spots or erosion rough as the main performers, tongue in scarlet or purple tongue based. Mirror relations with tongue stomach, gastric mucosal erythematic mirrored to the main person, thin white tongue coating based; gastric mucosal congestion in the main mirror, white thick fur places dominated; mucosal erosions and mucosal blood spots or rough as the main performers, thin yellow tongue coating and thick yellow coating based. Conclusion:Between TCM syndrome of CNAG and endoscopic gastric mucosal performance, HP infection and Endoscopic gastric mucosa and tongue, tongue color and regularity.
