Objective:Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common and frequently-occurring disease in digestive department, and its pathogenesis is slow.Due to HP infection, the difference of personal eating habits, environment and genetic immunity and other factors,so that the normal gastric mucosa gradually atrophy, the intestinal mucosa replace the gastric mucosa, resulting in intestinal metaplasia, and then evolved into atypical hyperplasia, even develop into gastric cancer. It seriously affects and threatens people's health. The atrophic gastritis develop into gastric cancer needs certain process,in order to curb the progression of the disease,we should intervene it actively, use drugs to prevent the process, and possibly reverse the atrophic gastric mucosa. In recent years, with the development of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology,a variety of new endoscopic techniques have been used in the diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis.Narrow-band imaging?NBI?combined with magnifying endoscopy?ME?,that is,NBI-ME has become a hot research topic. It can clearly identify abnormalities of microstructure and microvascular structure, for accurate target biopsy. The consistency of endoscopic diagnosis and pathological examination results can reach more than 90%for experienced doctors,it can be used to diagnose chronic atrophic gastritis, judge its severity, and observe drug efficacy. At present, the treatment of atrophic gastritis no longer take a single Western medicine treatment, using the method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine, combining traditional Chinese medicine theory with clinical practice, the researchers developed a variety of proprietary Chinese medicines, such as granules, syrup, capsules and tablets.According to the different characteristics of chronic atrophic gastritis, give corresponding treatment.Improving the patient's compliance, showing the unique advantage and good effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic atrophic gastritis. The Niweikang has certain clinical effect on atrophic gastritis, especially intestinal metaplasia. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of Niweikang in treating chronic atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia, and to guide the clinical medication. Methods:In accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria strictly.Select120 patients attacked by chronic atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia in our hospital as research subjects. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group?each group had 60 people?,treated with Niweikang and Weifuchun, respectively, for three months. Two groups were taken magnifying endoscopy combined with narrow-band imaging?NBI-ME?to judge the efficacy and further taken biopsy, then observed clinical symptoms,NBI-ME,pathological changes before and after treatment.During the treatment, alcohol, spicy, spicy, grilled and fried foods were ordered, other drugs that might affect curative effect were stopped.Result:The total effective rates of clinical symptoms was 86.67%and 73.33%in the treatment group and the control group, which has statistical differences?P=0.019,P<0.05?.NBI-ME change of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group?P1=0.040,P2=0.002,P<0.05?.In addition. The total effective rates of pathology were 83.33%and 65%,the difference were also significant?P=0.011,P<0.05?.Conclusions:Niweikang have obvious clinical effect for chronic atrophic gastritis. To some extent,it can reverse the state of intestinal metaplasia.Besides, the NBI-ME technology can more accurately determine atrophic gastritis and intestinal metaplasia, and to judge the severity of disease,so as to compare the efficacy of drug.
