The TCM Syndrome Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Characteristics Of The Study

Objective: through statistical analysis of the literature and clinical investigation,discusses the chronic pelvic inflammation syndromes, medication, physicaldistribution and the related factors, analysis of chronic pelvic inflammatorydisease of TCM syndrome and the correlation between constitution,preliminary basis of TCM syndrome of chronic pelvic inflammation and therelated clinical information, for the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease clinicalclassification, diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of TCM standardizationand prevention regulating follow-up study to lay the foundation. Methods:searching for nearly a decade on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease oftraditional Chinese medicine literature, analysis of the literature in the chronicpelvic inflammatory disease of TCM syndrome distribution; Based on theliterature research to follow clinical epidemiological research methods, designunified health questionnaires, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, fourdiagnostic information collection table and the related factors questionnaire,and the control group in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory diseasewomen randomized to the questionnaire survey, detailed physical features ofpatients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, clinical symptoms,pathogenesis related factors and the control group related factors. Results:through literature analysis and damp heat and blood stasis syndrome and qistagnation and blood stasis as the main syndrome types of chronic pelvicinflammatory disease; Through clinical investigation found that patients withchronic pelvic inflammatory disease with syndrome, blood stasis, hot and damp stasis, and qi stagnation and blood stasis type separately for two morephysical certification; Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and sex health, thehistory of genital tract infection of uterine cavity operation, contraception,abortion times, history and douching factors are closely related. Conclusion:1.The chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is closely related to the constitution,damp heat constitution, blood stasis constitution is a subset of chronic pelvicinflammatory disease.2. Damp heat constitution of TCM syndrome of chronicpelvic inflammatory disease patients card to see more hot and damp stasis,the blood stasis constitution of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatorydisease with qi and blood stasis syndromes.3. The history of sexual healthand lower genital tract infection of uterine cavity operation, contraception,abortion times, history and vagina flushing are closely related to the patientswith chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.4. The constitution is adjustable,through diet, factors of modern, physical exercise, drug prevention to earlyintervention of susceptible, can eff0ectively reduce the incidence of chronicpelvic inflammatory disease.
