Clinical Observation Of Tamsulosin United Qian Lie Jin Dan Tablets For The Treatment Of Elderly Damp Heat Stasis Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective: This paper selects Qianlie Jindan tablets combined with TamsulosinHydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules treat benign prostate hyperplasia, toobserve the effect of syndrome score, international prostate symptom score, clinicaleffect and safety of prostate Jindan tablets combined with Tamsulosin HydrochlorideSustained Release Capsules application.Methods: The clinical diagnosis of damp heat and blood stasis type of benignprostatic hyperplasia in elderly patients of60cases were randomly divided into2groups, of which only western group30cases, oral Tamsulosin HydrochlorideSustained Release Capsules0.2mg, QD; the combined treatment group30cases,combined use of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules QianlieJindan tablet0.2mg QD and3.24g TID, the two groups were observed for12months.The two groups were observed the TCM syndrome score, quality of life of theinternational prostate symptom score, score, prostate volume, residual urine, liver andkidney function, blood routine, prostate specific antigen (PSA), changes in urine,statistical analysis, judgement of efficacy and safety.Results: The clinical observation, two groups of medicine can improvesymptoms, improve the quality of life, reduce the residual urine volume, decrease theTCM syndrome score, IPSS score. The comparison between two groups, thecombination group decreased score, TCM syndrome score of IPSS is better than that of simple western medicine group. Two groups of patients with blood routine, urineroutine, stool routine, prostate volume, prostate specific antigen, liver function, renalfunction had no obvious change. The comparison between two groups had nosignificant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction.Conclusion: The clinical observation showed, influence Qianlie Jindan tabletscombined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsules for IPSS score,TCM syndrome score is better than the single use of Tamsulosin HydrochlorideSustained Release Capsules, has a good clinical efficacy and safety, provide the basisfor selection of the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
