Kidney Capsule Tamsulosin Therapy Combined TURP A Clinical Study Of Abnormal Urination

ObjectiveWith the advent of an aging society, the number of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (benign prostatic hyperplasia, BPH) is gradually increased, is considered to be caused by the reasons for voiding dysfunction in older men, the most common type of benign disease. Transurethral resection (transurethral rsection of the prostate, TURP) with its intraoperative trauma, less bleeding, faster recovery after surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia gradually become the main method, but the procedure is quite postoperative voiding dysfunction is common. In this study, a method of Integrative Medicine, observed after the kidney capsule tamsulosin hydrochloride extended-release capsules combined TURP patients improve the therapeutic effect of voiding dysfunction, provide clinical evidence for clinical application kidney capsule expand and further develop the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the peri operative period.MethodsAt the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine a surgical ward BPH patients were treated in line with the indications of the30cases of TURP, using a random number table, patients were divided into experimental and control groups, the ratio is1:1, and improve the preoperative ready to elective TURP surgery, catheter removal on day5, the control group was treated to sustained-release capsules tamsulosin (0.2mg po qn), the test group was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules (0.2mg po qn)+kidney capsule (4po tid), prohibit the use of proprietary Chinese medicine or other preparations for7days. After the observation of clinical efficacy in patients with treatment, preoperative, extubation first day of the week and the maximum flow rate after medication, the International Prostate Symptom Score IPSS, QOL score and other related quality of life indicators. ResultsPatients with benign prostatic hyperplasia collected maximum flow rate after treatment and quality of life were significantly improved, IPSS score decreased significantly in the experimental group was significantly better results than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConelusionFor the kidney capsule of voiding dysfunction after TURP patients have better therapeutic effect, reduce symptoms and improve quality of life, and no significant adverse reactions, suggesting that the drug can be used in patients with TURP surgery.
