Clinical Study Of Yi Qi Yang Yin Huo Xue Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Peirpheral Neuropathy

Objective: To observe clinical observation，to observe the effect and safety Yi QiYang Yin Huo Xue Decoction in treating type2diabetic peripheral neuropathy of Qi andYin deficiency, blood stasis,and to explore its possible mechanism,explore new ideas.Method: Using the random method, the60clinical patients were randomly dividedinto two groups, the experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine Yi Qi YangYin Huo Xue Decoction; the control group was treated Mecobalamin Tablets.4weeks asa course,there is two courses. By observing the clinical symptoms，tendon reflex,10gmonofilament, the vibration test sense of before and after treatments，observing theefficacy of Chinese and Western medicine.Results:From the TCM syndrome evaluation, the patients of both groups aftertreatment have improvement, comparing two groups，P <O.05，it had a significantdifference, the Chinese medicine group is better;With observing the results of thevariance，it shows that TCM syndrome integral of the patients of TCM group decreased.It means that the Chinese medicine is more effective.Comparing neurological signs:P<0.05, there are differences, it means Yi Qi Yang Yin Huo Xue Decoction can improvethe DPN patients more effectively than western medicine, and in the treatment process,Chinese medicine is safer.Conclusion: Yi Qi Yang Yin Huo Xue Decoction is safe and effective in the treatmentof type2diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and it is better than Mecobalamin Tablets,withless adverse reaction,it is worth further study.
