Objective: To explore the related factors which effect on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)in acute aggravating.Methods:100cases hospitalized patients who suffered with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in acute aggravating in the first affiliated hospital Respiratory Department of ShiHezi University,Xing Jiang were collected from2013January to2013December. According to the new guidelines ofGOLD2011-chronic obstructive pulmonary disease parse:Patients with acute exacerbation’s number in thepast year≥2times or lung function is more than severe and very severe, both are the high risk for acuteexacerbation of COPD population, divided into high-risk(the past year AECOPD≥2times in the pastyear), and low-risk populations(AECOPD <2times n the past year due to). Each group has50patients.These people’s general data、clinical feature、factors of caring and times of hospitalization werecollected. At the same time, blood cell analys is in the acute aggravating period and pulmonary function inthe stationary phase were detected.Using the SPSS13.0statistical software for statistical analysis, usingodds ratio and chi-square test for risk factors univariate analys is,using binary classification variablesLogistic regression method of statistics for multivariate analys is of independent risk factors(P<0.05).Results: Univariate analysis showed that severe and very severe lung function, COPD complications, smoking or not, shortness of breath(≥3) were significantly positive correlation (P <0.05) with chronicobstructive pulmonary diseases acute exacerbation.Regularly vaccinated, long-term drug inhalation andlong-term oxygen inhalation were significantly negative correlation (P <0.05) with chronic obstructivepulmonary diseases acute exacerbation.Multivariate correlation analysis showed that more severe and verysevere pulmonary functions (OR=6.360), smoking now (OR=3.411) were significantly positivecorrelation (P <0.05) with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases acute exacerbation, while long-termhome oxygen therapy (OR=0.122), long-term drug inhalation (OR=0.095) were significantly negativecorrelation (P <0.05) with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases acute exacerbation. Conclusion: Smoking and the severity of the COPD (lung function, the presence of complications, shortness of breath(≥3级)) arethe related risk factors of AECOPD, while regular vaccination, long-term drug inhalation, long-term home oxygen therapy are the protectivefactors of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which can effectively reduce thenumber of its attacks.
