Yiqi Kidney Cold Blood Circulation Method In Treatment Of Pediatric Renal Hemeturia Clinical Observation

Objective: Observing yiqi kidney cold blood circulation method in thetreatment of pediatric renal hematuria in the clinical curative effect, so as toexplore the effective treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment thedisease and syndromes, in order to achieve the purpose of reduce hematuria inchildren with symptoms and improve renal function damage.Methods: Case-control study was used to adopt the yiqi kidney cold bloodcirculation method of traditional Chinese medicine formula particles“qijibushenzhixue granules” for drug treatment, and blood in the urinecapsule as control drug,60cases of children with renal hematuria wererandomly divided into treatment group (30cases) and control group (30cases).Observation of TCM syndrome integral, urine occult blood and urinesediment red blood cell count and related biochemical indicators such aschange.Results: Clinical treatment group total effective rate was80%,56.7%better than the control group (P <0.05).Complexion of treatment group, godfatigue, easy to catch a cold, hand, foot and hot heart, lumbago, spontaneousperspiration compared with control group with significant statisticalsignificance (P <0.01);Brown urine, dark purple tongue compared with controlgroup was statistically significant (P <0.05);Urine occult blood treatmentgroup compared with the control group was statistically significant (P <0.0);Treatment group urine sediment RBC count before and after treatmentcompared with significant statistical significance (P <0.01), the treatmentgroup compared with control group after treatment urine sediment RBC countwas statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion:1. Using the method of yiqi kidney cold blood to removestasis can effectively improve the spleen and kidney Yin deficiency of theblood stasis syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine to renal hematuria andefficient treatment group is superior to the hematuria capsule in the control group.2. Using the method of yiqi kidney cold blood to remove stasis intreatment of pediatric renal hematuria can reduce urinary occult blood, reduceurinary sediment red blood cell count, and the curative effect is better than thatof hematuria capsule in the control group.
