ObjectiveRetrospectively reviewed the pediatric cases with renal hematuria treated by Professor Ni Zhuying,to verify her academic point of view that pediatric hematuria is due to heat;Sorted out and analyzed the literature of Chinese medicine experts on the domestic treatment of hematuria experience in the various medical journals in10years,summed up the Chinese medicine experts group law on hematuria. And through comparison to explore the characteristic individual clinics law about Professor Ni Zhuying.to make clinic routine on pediatric renal hematuria. Which comes from the clinical, but also can guide clinical. And then explore the heritage of effective forms and methods of clinical experience.MethodsConsult the192cases on hematuria treated by Professor Ni Zhuying,to observe the changes of tongue, pulse and commonly used treatment method, prescriptions in initial,medium-term,upper, entry related contents to the Excel, and then classified statistics, compre-hensive analysis, summarized the pathogenesis of pediatric hematuria;retrieve Chinese Academic Journal (TCM experts in the treatment of hematuria experience between2001and2010in the CNKI).published literature, the choice of keyword composition of the literature search type for electronic retrieval by reading the title of the article, a summary of the screening. Screening selected literature read by articles full text, with reference to the inclusion criteria to select. The relevant contents of the input Excel classified statistics, frequency statistics, analysis and cluster analysis, summarized hematuria common syndromes and distribution law.ResultFirstly,Validation of Professor Ni Zhuying’s academic point of viewThrough observing192cases on hematuria treated by Professor Ni Zhuying by tongue and pulse changes, retrospectively reviewed the commonly used treatment method, generalized the pathogenesis of pediatric hematuria.1. Type of syndromeInitial:heat syndrome83(43%), damp-heat syndrome67(35%), Def-icient syndrome42(22%);Medium-term:heat syndrome38(46%), damp-heat syndrome13(15%),deficient syndrome33(39%);Upper: Heats yndrome19(45%),damp-heat7(17%),deficient syndrome16(38%). Heat syndrome in three dominant position from the Medium-term heat syndrome of decline in the proportion of the proportion of the deficient syndrome rise.2. TherapyInitial:clearing heat and promoting dieresis408(44.32%), cooling blood and hemostasis271(25.02%), strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi140(12.93%).clearing heat and removing toxici-ty106(9.79%);Medium-term:clearing heat and promoting diuresis50(33.11%).cooling blood and hemostasis30(19.87%), strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi,29(19.21%); Upper:clearing heat and promoting diuresis25(22.94%), strengthening the spleen and replen-ishing Qi22(20.18%), cooling blood and hemostasis16(14.68%), clearing heat and removing toxicity13(13.98%). Above all,in the treatment of hematuria Professor Ni Zhuying run through clearing heat and promoting diuresis, cooling blood and hemostasis and strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi.The main treatment method of Professor Ni on hematuria: clearing heat and promoting diuresis483(34.92%), cooling blood and hemostasis317(22.92%),strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi191(14.66%) clearing heat and removing toxicity128(9.82%). Moreover, promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis81(5.86%), nourishing Yin and clearing heat43(3.11%), tonifying kidney and strengthening the spleen45(3.45%), warmly invigorating kidney Yang42(3.04%).Secondly,Chinese medicine experts group law1. Type of syndromeWind-heat affecting lung28(10.94%), fire excess from Yin deficiency35(14.06%), deficiency of both Qi and Yin29(11.33%) are in a dominant position. In addition, endoretention of damp heat23(8.98%), blood stasis20(7.81%), deficiency of both spleen and kidney24(9.38%), spleen failing to manage blood19(7.42%), but also a large proportion. The frequency of the second normalized, and then cluster analysis, each type of syndrome the respective proportions as follows:deficient syndrome35(14%),heat syndromes 59(23%), damp-heat syndrome39(45%), heat syndrome35(14%), syndrome of Qi stagnation and Blood stasis25(10%).2. Class prescription analysisBy cluster analysis, class prescription that Chinese medicine experts select include:clearing heat and promoting diuresis and removing toxicity66(28%), nourishing Yin and clearing heat64(26%), warmly invigorating kidney Yang43(18%), tonifying lung and strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi35(14%),relievings-uperficies and sore throat by cooling17(7%), promoting the circulation of Qi and blood17(7%).Thirdly, the characteristics of individual clinics law of Professor Ni Zhuying compare with expert groupsProfessor Ni and traditional Chinese medicine experts believe that the damp evil, heat pathogen and deficient play an important role in the occurrence and development of hematuria, but we could not ignore the role of blood stasis; When it comes to the treatment methods, both Professor Ni and experts select clearing heat and promoting diuresis, clearing heat and removing toxicity. However, Professor Ni paid attention to strengthening the spleen and rep-lenishing Qi.the experts emphasis on warmly invigorating kidney Yang.ConelusionThrough retrospectively reviewing renal hematuria cases treated by Professor Ni, verifying her academic point of view that pediatric hematuria is due to heat and it is scientific that heat pathogen but also damp evil is the most important factor of pediatric renal hematuria.By the way of literature,we summarize the TCM expert group on hematuria, which makes sense to clinical work.Individual differences in comparison with the group law, to achieve a comparative study of doctors between the same period-based information. Combination of traditional methods and modern methods, individual studies and group studies is effective forms and methods of inheritance Of TCM.
