Jiedu Siwu Decoction Treatment Of Children With Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Of Damp And Hot Clip Stasis Clinical Studies

Objective: by observing the jiedu siwu decoction in the treatment of children withprimary nephrotic syndrome clinical efficacy, to explore the disease characteristics andpathogenesis of TCM, and for the clinical treatment of children with primary nephroticsyndrome and provide evidence for effective treatment of damp and hot clip stasissyndrome.Methods: collected in accordance with children with primary nephrotic syndromeTCM syndrome type of damp and hot clip stasis certificate50cases, were randomlydivided into treatment group30cases and control group20cases. Treatment group on thebasis of hormone therapy and treatment with jiedu huoxue dry wet, specific choice fordetoxification siwu tonga subtraction; Control group20cases, choose simple hormonetreatment. A course of4weeks, the two groups were observed before and after medicationin children with clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory examination index changes, toquantify the symptom score, and statistical analysis.Results:1. The treatment group healed in2cases,15cases were markedly effective,effective13cases,1had no effect, total effective rate was96.7%. Control group clinicalcontrol15cases,1case had marked effect, effective in2cases,2had no effect, the totaleffective rate90%, two groups are effective treatment, statistical analysis that there is nosignificant difference (P＞0.05).2. The two groups in improving dropsy, urinate symptomsdo not exist significant difference (P＞0.05), while the treatment group of heavy bodytrapped, skin, tongue coating and secondary symptoms integral down significantlycompared with control group (P＜0.05), the effect is better than the control group.3. Thetwo groups of24h urine protein are falling, the treatment group is obvious, but there wasno significant statistical difference (P＞0.05). Compared with the control group, treatment group to improve the function of blood coagulation, APTT, Fib, PLT decreasedsignificantly, the significant differences in the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion: jiedu huoxue dry wet and humid western medicine combined treatmentof children with primary nephrotic syndrome stasis, can significantly improve thechildren’s body trapped heavy, rough skin, pore bulky, bitter mouth, mouth, dry mouth andother clinical manifestations, obviously improve high coagulation state, to some extent,and can reduce proteinuria.
