Clinical Research On Prevention And Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Yin Deficiency Syndrome In Children With Primary Nephrotic Syndrome By Ertian Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Ertian Decoction in the prevention and treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome in children with Qi deficiency and yin deficiency syndrome,and to explore its possible therapeutic advantages and mechanism.Methods:A randomized control study,80 cases of children will meet the inclusion criteria(from January 2016 to July 2016 in the outpatient department of Pediatrics of Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and inpatient department patients selected)were divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each group,the treatment group with sugar glucocorticoid based drug plus Ertian Decoction,control group with glucocorticoid as a hormone with Huaiqihuang keli,a total of 8 weeks of treatment.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms,laboratory indexes and the recurrence rate of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:(1)Before and after treatment,the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.(2)The TCM syndrome scores(P <0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of Qi and Yin deficiency in PNS children;(3)(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.7%;the total effective rate of the control group was 81.0%,the treatment group was better than the control group,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant;(5)Follow-up children in June,The recurrence rate was 21.0% in the treatment group and 29.7% in the control group.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).(6)There was no significant difference between the two groups reaction.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Ertian Decoction on children with primary nephrotic syndrome of two Qi and yin deficiency syndrome in improving symptoms and other specific good,can effectively alleviate the side effects of hormones,prevent relapse,less adverse reaction,has good clinical application value of safe use.
