Evaluation Of The Draft Guidelines For TCM Diagnosis And Treatment About Children Allergic Purpura

Objective:According to the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicine’srequest, through the comparison of the clinical data of115cases of allergic purpura with"Chinese guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of common pediatric diseases" analysis,evaluation of suitability of this guide, and put forward the corresponding revision opinion.Methods: Make "evaluation of TCM clinical guidelines applied in the casequestionnaire", fill in clinical diagnosis, syndrome differentiation typing into the case,therapy, prescription, therapy and prevention, curative effect, safety, economy and otherclinical data and made statistical analysis by SPSS19.0.Results:1.Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine disease diagnosiscoincidence rate was100%. Allergic purpura syndrome with the rate of90.91%, comparedwith5.19%, does not meet the3.90%. Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis coincidencerate is only39.48%, does not meet the36.84%.2.allergic purpura therapy compliance rate was81.82%, compared with10.39%,6.49%, does not meet the1.30%; prescription accord rate was61.04%, compared with19.48%,6.49%, does not meet the12.99%. Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis therapycompliance rate was only34.21%, not coincidence rate was44.74%; drug with only39.47%, does not meet the36.84%. Other treatments with the lowest rate of6.09%, not inline with the rate of71.30%.3.Clinical efficacy rate was86.96%. Treatment time distribution:0<D≤10days in29cases (25.22%),10<D≤20days in56cases (48.70%),20<D≤30days in14cases (12.17%),D>30days in16cases (13.91%).4.Guidelines for diagnosis and treatment ofthe safety of the projectdistribution:verygood in83cases (72.17%), good in32cases (27.83%), no evaluation for general anddifferential case.The economic evaluation for:very good in80cases (69.56%), good in25 cases (21.74%),10cases (8.70%), no poor case evaluation.Conclusion:1.The guide is applicable to clinical, specification scheme can be used asclinical treatment of this disease, but need to be further perfected.2.According to the expert experience in diagnosis and treatment of allergic purpura,syndrome differentiation typing suggested increasing the blood stasis, purpura nephritissuggested increasing the damp heat and blood stasis, blood stasis, spleen kidney yangdeficiency, and puts forward the corresponding therapy and prescription.3.According to expert diagnosis and treatment experience, proposed to increase theregulation and prevention.
