Meta Analysis And Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome With Chinese Herbs For Invigorating Kidney And Activating Blood Circulation

Objective:Through the literature study on the treatment of luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome with Chinese herbal medicine tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation,its effectiveness and safety were analyzed to provide reliable evidence-based medicine for the treatment of unruptured follicle luteinized syndrome in the future.At the same time,the clinical effect of tonifying kidney,promoting blood circulation and regulating sequential therapy on infertility caused by LUFS was studied,so as to provide ideas and methods for TCM diagnosis and treatment of LUFS in the future.Methods:1.The meta analysis: Retrieving CNKI,Wan Fang,VIP,CBM,Pub Med,Em-base,the Cochrane Library databases,clinical trial registry,Web of Science database using the kidney invigorate the circulation of Chinese traditional medicine in the treatment of unruptured follicle randomized controlled trials of luf syndrome research,to eliminate and filter of retrieval of literature,extract into the basic information of the literature and data,using Rev Man5.3 software meta analysis was carried out on the extracted data,To evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and activating blood in the treatment of LUFS.2.Clinical research: 79 patients met inclusion and exclusion criteria of unruptured follicle caused infertility patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group 40 cases,control group 39 cases,the treatment group used therapy to treat kidney invigorate the circulation cycle,the control group treated with HCG,comparing two groups of clinical total effective rate,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,mature follicle,lining thickness and maximum follicle diameter,Chinese medicine symptom integral;The TCM symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared before and after treatment.Results:1.Meta-analysis: A total of 12 literatures were included in this study.The intervention measures of test group were oral Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation or oral Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney combined with activating blood formula foot bath;The intervention measures in the control group were intramuscular HCG injection or oral clomiphene combined with intramuscular HCG injection.The treatment period ranged from 3 to 6 menstrual cycles,among which 10 literatures treated3 months or 3 menstrual cycles,and 2 literatures treated 6 menstrual cycles.Results of Meta-analysis: Compared with the simple application of western medicine,TCM tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation can improve the total clinical effective rate,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,reduce the recurrence rate of LUFS and TCM symptom score,and no adverse reactions were reported.2.Clinical research: The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 92.50% and 68.42%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovulation rate was 74.04% and 40.37%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The pregnancy rates were 42.50% and 18.42%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was statistically significant difference in the maximum follicle diameter of mature follicle day between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there was statistically significant difference in the diurnal intima of mature follicles between two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences in menstrual volume,color quality,lumbosacral pain and decreased sexual desire between groups(P<0.05).In terms of dizziness,tinnitus or deafness,pain in the lower abdomen or less abdomen,pain in the lower abdomen,dry mouth and no desire to drink,and long urination,there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P> 0.05).The intra-group comparison of symptom scores before and after treatment was all P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation is safe and effective in the treatment of unruptured follicular luteinized syndrome,but the methodological quality of the included literature is not high,and it still needs to be confirmed by multi-center,large-sample and high-quality clinical studies.2.The kidney-tonifying and blood-activating cycle therapy has a good clinical effect on infertility caused by unruptured follicular luteinization syndrome without side effects,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
