Objective: To investigate the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patientswith physical distribution of medicine, thought to provide a reference for the earlydiagnosis and clinical treatment of different physical COPD patients. Methods: The investigation by collecting Shandong Province Hospital of lungDivision from March2009to March2014COPD patients hospitalized medical screeningto meet the diagnostic criteria for COPD GOLD2013Guide388patients, using astructured questionnaire and telephone interrogation ways, including a general survey ofphysical medicine and patient investigation of two parts, the statistical distribution of thedifferent types of physical GOLD2013Guide a, B, C, D four patients, clinical studiesrelated analyzes were obtained a, B, C, D physical distribution of data types four patientswith COPD, the database will be established by one-way ANOVA, chi-square test andother mathematical statistical methods, physical type and draw the severity of COPDpatients correlation.Results:1.The basic situation of388patients with COPD patients:388patients, agedistribution, the minimum age of41years old patient, the maximum age of89years, ofwhich the largest proportion of65-80age group,49.48%of the total number of patients, followed by the50-65age group, accounting for35.31%,80-95age group accounted for13.92%,35-50age group accounted for a smaller proportion of1.29%; genderdistribution of250male patients, accounting for64.43%, female138patients, accountingfor35.57%; smoking patients220people, accounting for56.70%the number of patients,168patients with non-smokers, the total number of44.30%, no significant genderdifferences in COPD patients (p <0.05) among all ages. 2.The distribution of hospitalized patients with COPD severity:388patients withCOPD, the Class D and Class B patients with a larger proportion of patients, respectively,45.10%and36.86%, the proportion of patients with Class C and Class A patients thansmall, were14.95%and3.09%.3.Physical distribution of hospitalized patients with COPD TCM:388cases ofhospitalized patients, phlegm, damp mass larger proportion were27.06%,21.13%,followed by blood stasis, qi deficiency and yang quality, respectively was15.72%,15.46%and10.57%, a smaller proportion of peace, yin deficiency, qi quality andintrinsic quality characteristics were5.51%,2.06%,1.55%and1.29%.4.The physical type of patients in the A, B, C, D four patients Distribution: phlegm inClass D and Class B patients with a greater proportion were58.10%and29.52%, followedby Class C patients, accounting for11.43%; humid mass also class B and class Daccounted for the majority of patients, respectively,50%and39.02%; blood stasis placesclass D and class C share a large proportion of patients, respectively,55.74%and31.15%; qi deficiency in patients with larger proportion of class B and class D patients were40%and38.33%; yang quality patient with B class majority,63.41%, followed by classD patients, accounting for21.95%. Different types of physical differences (p <0.05) in theA, B, C, D four patients distribution.5.A, B, C, D four patients with physical distribution of medicine cases:388cases ofpatients with COPD, Qi deficiency and yang quality large proportion of Category Apatients were58.33%and16.66%; class B patients with heat quality and a largerproportion of phlegm, respectively28.67%and21.68%, followed by qualitative and yangqi deficiency, accounting for18.18%and16.78%; class C patients with blood stasis, phlegm larger proportion respectively,32.76%and20.69%, followed by heat and mass qideficiency, accounting for13.79%and10.34%, respectively; class D patients phlegm, blood stasis and heat accounted for the top three quality, accounting34.86%, respectively,19.43%and18.29%; various types of inpatient physical medicine and its severitycorrelated (p <0.05).Conclusion:1.COPD patients hospitalized in the gender distribution, the proportionof men than women, may be associated with the percentage of men than women about thelong-term smokers.2.COPD hospitalized patients, phlegm and damp-heat a large proportion of patients, followed by blood stasis, qi deficiency and yang nature, peace, yin deficiency, qi intrinsic nature and quality of the patient ’s share of special smaller proportion, COPD patientshospitalized cases relevant to their physical type, indicating that the risk of differentphysical types of acute exacerbations of COPD patients hospitalized different.3.There are differences (p <0.05) TCM constitution type distribution in A, B, C, Dfour COPD patients: phlegm in Class D and Class B share a large proportion of patients, followed by the class C patients; damp-heat also class B and class D patients accountedfor the majority; blood stasis places a greater proportion of class D and class C patients;qi deficiency in patients with Class B and class D larger proportion of patients; yangquality to class B patients accounted for the majority, followed by the class D patients.explain physical types and COPD severity classification with the relevant line.4.COPD patients A, B, C, D are four types of physical distribution: A class ofpatients with Qi deficiency, followed by the yang quality; B class quality patient heat, phlegm larger proportion, followed by Yang quality and qi, yin deficiency, qi quality andsmaller proportion of special intrinsic quality; larger class C patients with blood stasis andphlegm proportion, followed by heat and mass qi deficiency; class D patients ranked thetop three is phlegm, blood stasis and damp-heat, followed by qi deficiency, specialintrinsic quality, phlegm and qi accounted for a smaller proportion of quality. All kinds ofdisease severity in patients with physical type relevant.
