Clinical Research Of Jiangtang Pingshen Recipe Treating Diabetic Nephropathy(Ⅲstage)

Objective：To observe with Decoction of Chinese medicine Yiqiyangyin, HuayuXiezhuoTongluo (Jiangtang pingshen recipe) in treatment of diabetic nephropathy (IIIstage) in patients with clinical efficacy, compatibility characteristics and pharmacologicalmechanism and the party to be analyzed, in order to guide the clinical practice.Methods：80cases of the patients, were randomly divided into treatment group and controlgroup,40cases in each group, were given conventional treatment. The control group wasgiven Enalapril Maleate treatment, the treatment group was given enalapril maleateand Jiangtang pingshen recipe. After3courses of treatment, observe the changes ofClinical symptoms, fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),bloodlipids, high sensitive-C reactive protein(hc-CRP), interleukin-6(IL-6), urinary albuminexcretion rate (UAER) in two groups before and after treatment. And monitoring of bloodroutine, urine routine, stool routine and liver andkidneyfunction,electrolytes,electrocardiogram and other safety indicators, statisticalanalysis of the results, and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the prescription.Results： Jiangtangpingshen recipe can effectively improve the clinicalsymptomsinpatients with diabetic nephropathy, improve glucose and lipid metabolismdisorders, decreased CRP, IL-6and UAER levels.There were no significant changes in thetwo groups before and after treatment the safety index, have good safety.Conclusion： Jiangtang pingshenrecipe on type2diabetic nephropathy (IIIstage)withdeficiencyofbothqiandYin, bloodstasisand dampness obstructingcollaterals syndromehas a significant clinical efficacy in treatment of patients, and high safety, no sideeffect, has positive significance for prevention and delay thedevelopment ofDN.
