Object: To observe the effect of Bazhen Pill Jiajian Fang(BPJF) and Madopar onpatients suffering from Parkinson’s disease(PD), so as to find new ideas and effectiveprescriptions.Methods:60patients with PD were randomly divided into the treatment group(BPJF and Madopar-group n=30)and control group(Madopar-group n=30).Both weretreated for3months, and then being compared with scores of main clinical symptoms theirscores of Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating scale(UPDRS)and scores of Webster.Results: The total effective rate is90.0%;while the control group is73.3%.There wassignificant difference between them(P<0.05). Every clinical symptoms in the treatmentgroup were improved(P<0.05),but tremors,rigidity,slow walk and dysphasia wereimproved in control group(P<0.05). Scores of Webster in the treatment group wereimproved(P<0.05). Scores of mental、beharior、emotional、daily life、functionalmovement、complication em were improved both in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The BPJF and Madopar can evidently cure motor symptoms andnon-motor symptoms of PD, meanwhile,improve quality of life.
