| Objective:According to the study of acupuncture and moxibustion treating tinnitus of nearly30years modern literature, this thesis summarizes the general regularities and the trend of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of this disease in different methods, and analyses the most applied acupoints, meridians and acupuncture treatments in order to provide the clinical guide for acupuncture treating tinnitus.Methods:This subject uses the computer retrieval technology to perform in three full-text periodical database, use "tinnitus",’’acupuncture","acupuncture and moxibustion" as the key words,filters the searched articles, finds225articles which are in accordance with the inclusive criteria,and studies on the regularity of them.Findings:Acupuncture is the highest frequency of clinical treatments, and the neutral supplementation and draining method is the main manipulation of acupuncture. The most commonly used acupoints are GB2.SJ17.SI19, SJ21,SJ3,and the acupoints are main from gallbladder meridian, triple energizer meridian and small intestine meridian. The total effective rate of every acupuncture and moxibustion methods treating tinnitus are all above80%.Conclusion:To treat tinnitus.the modern therapies of acupuncture and moxibustion have various patterns, high efficiency and regularity of choosing acupoints and meridians. |
