Clinical Study Of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui Treatment On Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)1-4Edema

Objective：Observing yiqihuoxuelishui treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD)1-4deficiency edema，explore chronic kidney disease (CKD) edema from the advantage ofwater treatment of qi and blood，provide the basis for the method in clinical promotion．Methods：This study observed by case selection standard treatment of60cases ofpatients with stage1-4chronic kidney disease (CKD)，randomly divided into two groups，two groups of patients in gender，age，course of distribution，no obvious difference wasfound between disease severity，etc，comparable (P>0.05)： treatment group and controlgroup，30cases in treatment group on the basis of general treatment given yiqi huoxueliwater side，the control group gives the general treatment．In the two groups in8weeks asa course of treatment．Results: after treatment in two groups of patients clinical symptoms of edema controlaspect，the treatment group was better than control group (P <0.01)；In the aspect of TCMsymptoms of total integral improved，the treatment group was better than control group (P<0.01)；In improving the curative effect observation indicators, the treatment group isbetter than that of control group (P <0.05)．Conclusion: yiqi huoxue lishui treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD)1-4deficiency edema， wet resistance， stasis water alternating knot safe，effective and worthfurther research．...
