| Purpose:The clinical efficacy of this study intends to observe the treatment of chronicrenal failure warming kidney deficiency stasis line Water Act, each node stasis waterpermit to explore the treatment of chronic renal failure, deficiency, blood stasis syndromeof water each node in the mechanism of action, combined with modern clinical evaluationmethods, explore chronic renal failure deficiency, blood stasis water each node syndromemore effective treatment methods.Methods: Consistent with chronic renal deficiency, blood stasis syndrome diagnosticcriteria of water each knot cases60cases, and then randomly divided into treatment hasexperimental group and control group,30cases in each group. The control group receivedconventional treatment, the test group received water from the intended line of soupwarming kidney and stasis in the control group on the basis of water a day one; groups aretreated for8weeks for a course. Clinical symptoms were recorded before and after the twogroups of patients, changes in signs and laboratory parameters, and quantify symptoms andsigns score.Results: The total effective rate was76.67%in the control group, the total efficiencyof60%, there was a significant difference (P<0.05) groups. TCM syndrome test group, thetotal effective rate was83.33%in the control group, the total efficiency of63.33%, thetwo groups were significantly different (P<0.05). Test group in improving deficiency,blood stasis water each node type of chronic renal failure syndromes various aspects ofmedicine, increase plasma albumin levels and creatinine clearance, serum creatinine, bloodurea nitrogen, electrolyte, acid-base balance regulation significantly effect and safety,without any adverse reactions. Conclusion: Warming stasis water line method deficiency, chronic renal failureclinical outcomes stasis water each node type is obvious, and secure, without any sideeffects. Worthy of further study and clinical application. |
