Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Yang-Warming and Qi-Downbearing and Cough-Suppressing formula on treating CVA with "cold drink hided in Lungs"Methods:Sixty-four patients with CVA who were treated in Department of Respiratory Medicine and Chinese Internal Medicine Clinic and Acupuncture Department of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 10,2017 to January 10,2018 were collected.According to the principle of randomized control,the patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group included 32 cases.The treatment group was treated with the Yang-Warming and Qi-Downbearing and Cough-Suppressing formula acupuncture treatment.Acupuncture prescription by the smell of Dazhui,Feishu,Langzhong,Fengmen,Zhigou,Liaozuo,Zusanli,and Zusanli,once every other day,total two-week courses of treatment.The control group was treated by means of Diego inhalation,treatment course of two weeks.Clinical symptom score(including cough total score and each syndrome score)and immunoglobulin IgE level were measured before and after treatment,and the data were collected and analyzed.The collected data were statistically analyzed by using SpSS 20.0 for windows statistical software.Results:1.Clinical analysis:The treatment group treated with Yang-Warming and Qi-Downbearing and Cough-Suppressing formula of the total effective rate was 83.87%,while the counterpart of control group was 80.00%.The total effective rate was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),but there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the aspect of efficacy evaluation(P<0.05).2.Analysis of the total symptom score:Two groups were well improved in patients with the symptom score(P<0.05),and the degree of the improvement of the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Cough total score analysis:Two groups were well improved in patients with cough(P<0.05),and the degree of the improvement of the treatment group is better than the control group.4.Each symptom score analysis:The treatment group and the control group were well decreased in patients with cough,sputum,itchy throat,nasal congestion,shortness of breath and other symptoms after treatment(P<0.05).However,in terms of nighttime cough and cold,the treatment group is superior to the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Immunoglobulin IgE index analysis:IgE levels of immunoglobulin in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in reducing immunoglobulin IgE(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yang-Warming and Qi-Downbearing and Cough-Suppressing formula Acupuncture in Treating Cough Variant Asthma with "cold drink hided in lungs" type CVA patients can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and may improve the patient's cough and other symptoms by improving the patient's airway inflammation,which can obviously improve the quality of life of patients.To tell us that it's worth affirming and researching.
