Purpose: Nowadays, there is no scientific research institution or PharmaceuticalCompany has carry out a large-scale objectively comprehensive clinical research of securityof TCM injections. As can be seen from the instructions of the proprietary Chinese medicinethat already in the market, the adverse reactions are still unclear. In order to serve the patientsthrough reduce the side effect, the researcher leds a clinical usage safety monitoring ofKudiezi injection in the TCM hospital of Jilin which can give the TCM injections an objectiveevaluation and HIS monitoring could be in the first place in the country.Method: By means of analyze the data we got from the clinic, we can calculate theprobability of adverse reactions. By testing whether the probability will change when usingdrug combination. And analyze whether the indications will affect the probability of adversereactions. At last, synthesize the information of the patients who have adverse reactions anddiscuss the reason. Then observe the safety of Kudiezi injection combined with other drugs.Result: The Kudiezi injection has been used500person-times during2012to2014.12people have been used twice in one year. THIS injection has been used in Neurology,Cardiology, Endocrinology, Emergency Room and other4departments. There is no majoradverse effect like allergy or shock occurred. There are4people who used Diemailing feeldizzy,But there is no other minor adverse effect has been happened.Conclusion: Diemailing injection can be used in Neurology, Cardiology, Endocrinology,Ophthalmology and many departments. It has a certainly effect. Based on right clinic usage ithas a higher security.
