Two groups of treatment time for30minutes each time,1times a day, every6days to rest1days,30days for a period of treatment, respectively in15days,30days to observe the curative effect after treatment.15days before and after treatment respectively,30days WaTian water experiment was carried out after the evaluation and treatment of clinical cure rate of statistics. Results:The clinical observation shows that the effective rate is86.67%in the treatment group and66.67%in the control group(P<0.05), and the difference has statistical significance. The two results are comparable; The Water Swallow Test of Wa Tan shows that, by comparing the scores of the treatment group and the control group(P=0.186) after15days, the difference does not have statistical significance; After comparing the scores of the treatment group and the control group(P=0.03), the difference has statistical significance, and the two results are comparable. Conclusion:It is better to use acupuncture treatment than simple rehabilitation training to treat post stroke dysphagia, because after acupuncture treatment the patients’symptoms of dysphagia improve obviously as well as the symptoms and physical signs of stroke.
