Discussion platycodin group, banzhilian group inhibition of breast cancer breast cancer cells in rabbits;Results:1.compared with the model group, the group and the positive banzhilianplatycodin tumor volume in the control group were decreased(P <0.05),compared withthe content of the model2.Platycodin rabbits breast tissue factorBCL-2group was significantly lower compared to the expression(P <0.05),indicates that the mechanism of tumor suppression Platycodin could make by reducing the expression of Bcl-2factor, reducing the number of synthetic Bcl-2in breast cancer tissue factor, thereby blocking its tumor cells affect the normal apoptosis process.3,compared with banzhilian group Platycodin tumor inhibition index higher than the model group(P <0.05)Conclusion:Platycodin significantly reduced tumor growth in breast cancer model in rabbits. Platycodin can inhibit tumor cell growth rate, preventing further deterioration. Platycodin content can reduce BCL2-factor rabbit adenocarcinoma, indicating Platycodin reduce the expression of Bcl-2may be a factor interms of its mechanism ofinhibition of tumor growth compared Platycodin group by group with barbata tumor volume inhibition rate between the two groups and were significantly different(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment effect on breast cancer than banzhilian platycodin water extract solution.
