The Effect Of Nape Cluster Acupuncture On TCD Of Patients With Dysphagia After Stroke

Purpose:By Tanseranial Doppler(TCD)detection,item cluster needling therapy on dysphagia after stroke,and to observe item cluster needling hemodynamics before and after therapy of acupuncture treatment on patients with TCD change,influence of nape acupuncture therapy on dysphagia after stroke,to explore the nape acupuncture therapy on the treatment of brain mechanism in stroke patients,and provide a theoretical basis for the therapy in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke for the clinical application of nape acupuncture.Material and method:This study collected from March 2017 to May 2018 in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine swallowing rehabilitation center of Neurology brain K3 ward treatment of hospitalized stroke disorder,40 cases patients with clear consciousness to the patients involved in the study,40 patients were in line with the study of the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,and has passed the screening corresponding exclusion criteria the male 22 cases,female 18 cases;age 85 to 34 years old(aged 58.4±4.2 years),the shortest duration of 7 days,the longest 1 years,less than 3 months in 26 cases,12 cases from 3 months to 6 months,more than 6 months in 2 cases.The general data were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).All patients were given routine medical treatment,on the basis of self-control,on the nape acupuncture and acupuncture Fengchi respectively after transcranial color Doppler ultrasound instrument(TCD)detection,the nape acupuncture before and immediately after 6h,1 weeks and 2 weeks respectively for color Doppler ultrasound instrument(TCD)detection,and as the detection of compared before and after acupuncture of middle cerebral artery(MCA),anterior cerebral artery(ACA),(PCA),vertebral artery(VA)and basilar artery(BA)and other hemodynamic changes,and compare the acupuncture on arterial peak velocity(Vs),mean velocity(Vm),the pulsatility index(PI)effect.Results: 1,There was a significant difference in blood flow velocity between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the ACA,MCA,PCA,BA and bilateral Vs,Vm and PI increased significantly,indicating that the stroke of the cluster has certain improvement on cerebral blood flow in patients with dysphagia after stroke.2,Item cluster needling after acupuncture and acupuncture Fengchi after the blood flow was significantly different(P < 0.05),with statistical difference,ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,VA,Vm,Vs were PI respectively,showed that acupuncture can increase ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,VA blood flow velocity,but Item cluster needling than Fengchi is increased and the clinical promotion nape cluster acupuncture.3,Item cluster needling immediately after acupuncture,the 6h blood flow was significantly different(P < 0.05),ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,Vs,Vm,VA of bilateral PI were compared,the acupuncture can increase ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,VA blood flow velocity,the nape acupuncture therapy for stroke in patients with dysphagia after acupuncture is better than 2 times a day 1 times a day,so that the clinical application of nape acupuncture therapy on stroke patients with dysphagia following 2 times daily acupuncture has better curative effect.4,A clump of thorn needle before and after 3 days,1 weeks and 2 weeks after the blood flow was significantly different(P < 0.05),with statistical difference,ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,VA,Vm,Vs were PI respectively,showed that acupuncture can increase ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,VA blood flow velocity,but the nape acupuncture acupuncture for 2 weeks up to 1 weeks,3 days,better than that,the nape acupuncture on dysphagia after stroke patients need to adhere to treatment.Conclusion: 1.It can improve the hemodynamic speed of ACA,MCA,PCA,BA,the bilateral of Vs and Vm,and improve the PI.2.The nape acupuncture treatment of dysphagia after stroke patients better than simple acupuncture Fengchi,so the clinic should be promoted;3,Item cluster needling therapy for patients with dysphagia after stroke is 2 times a day better than 1 times daily.Therefore,it is recommended that patients with dysphagia after stroke should be treated 2 times daily.4,The treatment of dysphagia after stroke by item cluster needling is better than acupuncture for 1 weeks and 3 days for acupuncture for 2 weeks.Therefore,cluster needling for patients with dysphagia after stroke should be gradual and persistent.
