There are several thousand varieties of In vitro diagnostic products, involving machinery, electronics, IT, biochemistry, immunology, Molecular biology,and other academic knowledge fields.Since In vitro diagnostic products fees has been subordinated into the medical service charge system, only three or more users declaration may get to know the fee standards of regional medical system. So, how to make the users clearly realize the clinical value of the in vitro diagnostic products (IVD) and would like to ask for this medical service, it’s no doubt, the academic activities would be a good way.In addition, How to teach clinical doctors the correct use of the products(IVD), How to teach laboratory workers the correct product operation, academic activities is also an important choice. Therefore, in recent years, the in vitro diagnostic enterprises all attache great importance to the function of academic marketing. While the many methods of Academic marketing, such like the many of the market ways,the complexity of the marker methords, the difficulties of managements, and the low efficiencies,so, how to improve the efficiency of academic marketing management become the most importance of the in vitro diagnostic companies.n this study,on the basis of consulting a large number of academic literature and research practice, in-depth analysis the whole process of IVD products of academic marketing, the main work is as follows.1.The investigation shows the main reasons that affect the result of academic marketing:the communication with the sponsor before the conferience, with the internal company members, the participants invited,adaptable staffs,the conclusion of the Conference and the after the meeting tracking service.2.Using the way of project management, the annual academic marketing is like a whole project, and each specific academic marketing activities are like smaller ones. Make full use of the flexibility and planning of project management, as an advantage, will gather together all the stakeholders.3.Using the way of comparison, project management methods vs ISO9001quality management, which wins the higher yield rate at the provincial academic marketing and the hospital internal meetings? Furthermore, evaluate the value of project management methods in the development and maintenance of the hospital market area.4.Organizing an operation-supported system on attending improvement project of academic conference. Including to five sections, is that evaluation system, training and motivating system, tools and technologies system, information feedback system as well as performance appraisal system.This paper has taken the academic marketing of Beijing Zhongsheng Jinyu company’s Gynecologic diagnosis products in2011-2012as an example. Building a management model into practice management, which achieved a good effect and improved the academic marketing target yield rate. Thus further proved the adaptability, systemic, pertinence and rationality about this management mode.
