A depression is a mood disorder, mainly showing significant persistent depression, activity decrease obviously, and the cognitive function of the characteristics of slow thinking. With the increasingly fierce social competition, work pressure, the incidence rate is increasing year by year trend. Has become a threat to human health common clinical disease. In recent years, through a large number of clinical and animal experiments found that acupuncture treatment the disease clinical curative effect is exact, in many ways, promote the depression relief and rehabilitation. The propensity score method, mainly used in non randomized studies, confounding factors which enables it to achieve the purpose of similar randomization. "All the characteristics of the propensity score method to comprehensive study, and to maximize the sum of all observed covariates are the result of joint action. The distribution of covariates treatment group and control group by equilibrium, to control the purpose of selection bias. This method is simple and easy to understand and use a wide range. Objective:To study the patients with depressive disorder of the Traditional Chinese medicine research institute affiliated hospital of Henan province in January 2014 to January 2015, which in a prospective observational study. To analysis and contrast the advantages and disadvantage of the curative effect to the anxiety disorder between comprehensive treatment and a comprehensive treatment plan, and then to explore more effective treatments for the treatment of anxiety disorders. Methods:Observed the patients whose first-listed diagnose was depressive disorder of the Traditional Chinese medicine research institute affiliated hospital of Henan province in January 2014 to January 2015, in the way of the non randomized controlled method. Methods To evaluate the depression degree of the patients with HAM and assess the patient’s sleep condition with the Pittsburgh sleep scale every two weeks. In the first time as a starting point for the treatment to the finish after 8 weeks, divided the patients into the treatment comprehensive solution treatment group(group A) and comprehensive solution treatment group(group B). Divided all the cases into full analysis set(FAS) and per protocol set(PPS) according to which would fall off into the standard or not after observation. Analyzed and contrasted the advantages and disadvantage of the curative effect to the anxiety disorder between comprehensive treatment and a comprehensive treatment plan through CMH2, CMH3 and T test statistical methodsResult:The observation included 51 cases( 26 cases of group A, 25 cases of group B), which fell off 12 cases(10 cases of group A and 2 cases of group B). Eventually the FAS data sets 51 cases(26 cases of group A, 25 cases of group B). The PPS data sets 39 cases(16 cases of group A, 23 cases of group B).1.The scale scores and curative effect depressive of HAMA : The FAS date: The HAMA scale scores of group A dropped from 13.92± 4.13 to 9.53± 5.37 after the treatment, The change before and after the treatment was 4.38± 4.18,. The HAMA scale scores of group B dropped from15.52± 2.66 to 8.60± 3.68 after treatment. The change before and after the treatment was 6.92±3.56, there was a significant difference before and after medication(P=0.0243, P < 0.05). The total effective rate of group A and group B was 57.67% and 80.00%,. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).PPS and FAS analysis results were basically identical.2. The scale scores and curative effect depressive of PSIQ : The FAS date: The PSIQ scale scores of group A dropped from 2.00± 5.09 to 9.11± 4.78 after treatment, the change before and after the treatment was 2.88± 3.75. The PSIQ scale scores of group B dropped from 15.36± 3.99 to 10.40± 3.22 after treatment. The change before and after the treatment was 4.96± 3.44. there was a significant difference before and after medication(P=0.0453,P<0.05). The total effective rate of group A and group B was 53.85% and 60.00%,. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). The PPS date: The total effective rate of group A and group B was 81.25% and 65.22%. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P=0.0302,P>0.05). PPS analysis and FAS analysis results are not consistent, due to high loss rate of group A. There was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:1.The baseline of the two groups was imbalance, which was unable to determine the comprehensive treatment and a comprehensive treatment;2.The comprehensive treatment group(group A) fall off rate is high, the comprehensive treatment group(group B) loss rate was low, two groups of disequilibrium. There was a significant difference of the result of the HAM Dand the Pittsburgh.3. The study could not use the propensity score method based on the small sample size. The curative effect of different schemes was temporarily not comparable;4. The study was prospective and observational, which surveyed the treatment of depression and whether there was a clinical significance in this study. Meanwhile, the study to make a try to find the shortage of the research plan and its merits which lay the foundation for future long-term study.
