Effect Of γ-VitaminE On The Expression Of Inflammatory Factor In Allergic Rhinitis Rats

ObjectiveExplore the expression of main inflammatory cytokines Th1-type and Th2-type on the AR rats dealed with by γ- vitamin E.MethodsSD rats(n=30) were randomly divided into AR model group, γ-Vitamin E group and negative control group(n=10). We establish AR model by OVAAl(OH)3 combined and then rechallenge of OVA. Each group was observed clinical manifestations after administration of the rats within 30 min. After the last challenge 48 h, the nasal secretions were detected IFN-γ、IL-17、IL-4 an nasal secretions d IL-5 by ELISA and western-blot assay. The nasal mucosa HE staining were detected. Rat nasal Mucosa, to detected histological detection by HE stainning, and statistical analysis.ResultsAR group rats showed a severely clinical manifestations including around rubbing and tears flow faces, whose score is greater than 2; Clinical symptoms were relieved significantly, scores of around 1 reduced when compared to the γ-Vitamin E.AR group and γ-Vitamin E group rat nasal secretion by IFN-γ, IL-17, IL-4, and IL-5 levels increased significantly. Further OD analysis showed that the level of IFN-γ, IL-17, IL-4 and IL-5 secreted by nasal in γ-Vitamin E group lower than the AR group.Conclusions1、The study successfully establishes the AR rat model intervented by γ-Vitamin E. The results shows that clinical manifestations in AR rats are reduced. Symptoms of itching, runny nose and sneezing are improved and the expression of Inflammatory factors are inhibited.
