Objective: to observe the follicle nourishing soup treatment of follicular disorder caused by the clinical effect of the treatment of infertility, to explore the mechanism of ovarian follicles nourishing soup in the treatment of infertility, for the treatment of infertility in the clinical provides a new way and method.Methods: selected accord with standard of this disease, 72 cases of infertility patients, in accordance with the principle of random grouping will be divided into the treatment group and control group, the number of cases in each group of 30 cases, to prevent cases of loss, on the basis of the cases increased 20%, so the actual need cases included 72 cases.Treatment group: to use the follicle nourishing soup medicine recuperates the, decoct juice 300 ml water, daily dose, warm clothing in the morning and evening, and in view of the menstrual period(that is, the menstrual period and the late) in the add and subtract treatment,taking three consecutive menstrual cycles for a period of treatment.Control group: kirin pill oral, 6 g/time, 3 times/day, even served three menstrual cycles.Two groups of patients with drugs shall add other drugs.Were observed before and after medication symptoms improvement, curative effect evaluation.Results:60 patients after a course of treatment, treatment group 30 cases of patients, 10 cases were cured, 9 cases had marked effect, effective 7 cases, 4 cases were invalid, the cure rate 33.33%, show the efficiency of 26.67%, effective rate was 23.33%, no efficiency 13.33%,treatment group total effective rate was 86.67%.The control group, 30 cases of patients with the 8 cases, 8 cases were markedly effective, effective 7 cases, 7 cases, cure rate 26.67%,show the efficiency of 26.67%, effective rate was 23.33%, no efficiency 23.33%, control group total effective rate was 76.67%.Total effective rate between the two groups have difference(P < 0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: the treatment group and control group in the formulas used in the treatment of follicular developmental disorders caused by infertility has good curative effect,but since the follicle nourishing soup is better than that of kirin pill.
