Purpose: To study effect of qingdushuan proliferation, on human cervical cancer Hela cells in vitro cell apoptosis, cell cycle, to explore the inhibitory effect of Qingdu suppository cultured human cervical carcinoma Hela cells in vitro.Method:1.cultured human cervical cancer Hela cells to poison the suppository group, amount of different concentration respectively in Hela cells 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, and a blank group and Baofukang suppository group, detected by MTT clear effect of qingdushuan on cultured human cervical cancer Hela cells growth and proliferation, choose the best quantity effect of time.2.acridine orange / ethidium bromide(AO/EB) double staining method for the detection of apoptosis in the best dose effect time rate of Hela cells.3.Detection of 3 by flow cytometric analysis technique in cell cycle, cell cycle change in each period detection.Result:1.Traditional Chinese medicine Qingdu suppository in the 0.022g/m L, 0.011g/m L, inhibition of 0.0055g/m L in low concentration group had high school on cervical cancer cell line Hela, 24 h had the strongest inhibitory effect.2.acridine orange / ethidium bromide(AO/EB) assay showed Qingdu suppository in the high school low dose group, can promote Hela cell apoptosis, Qingdu suppository in the promoting effect of 24 h on Hela cell apoptosis is most obvious, the high dose group of Qingdu suppository and blank control group, low dose group and comparison, the apoptosis rate was significant difference.3. Changes of cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry showed that the period of low middle and high dose of Qingdu suppository on Hela cells were inhibited in G0-G1 phase, the inhibitory effect is most apparent, high dose, low dose group, middle Qingdu suppository compared with blank control group, with significant difference(P< 0.01). Between G2-M, S groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine Qingdu suppository by inhibiting cervical cancer cell proliferation, promote apoptosis, cell cycle regulation so as to achieve the purpose of inhibiting tumor.
