Purpose:Investigate the prevalence and risk factors of children cough variant asthma, looking for the etiology, pathogenesis of the disease occurred, analyzing the characteristics of it, for the early prevention, effective treatment and provide objective basis to control the disease.Method:Through to the changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital; Bethune first hospital of jilin university for children with pediatric outpatient and healing area by random cluster sampling survey method, a total of 10000 people, and by telephone questionnaire survey the method of combining the prevalence of children cough variant asthma; Then the selected 378 children cough variant asthma detailed epidemiological investigation, including sex, age, season, onset time, environment, diet, personal history, family history, treatment, etc., and on the basis of the summary.Result: 1. In a random sample of 10000 pediatric clinics and the children of the treatment, the total response rate was 97.63%.2. CVA premonitory symptoms and clinical manifestations during the attack is not very same, can be a certain symptoms appear alone, also can appear two or more mixed, with sneezing is given priority to, before the onset of accounted for 75.68%, followed by the symptoms of runny nose, accounted for 72.59%, again is a stuffy nose and nasal itch,63.12% and 34.58%respectively.8. Food is given priority to with sweet and salty, accounted for 62.73%,58.54% respectively.9. The person is the highest incidence of allergic history of eczema, with 265 cases, accounting for 70.11%, accounted for the most, followed by allergic rhinitis, with 68 cases, accounting for 17.99%.10. In this study, family history of allergies, found that first-degree relatives have a history of repeated cough have 32 cases, accounted for 8.47%, has a history of allergies in 25 cases, accounting for 6.61%; Secondary relative in 28 cases with a history of repeated cough, accounted for 7.41%, have a history of allergies,15 cases (3.97%).11.
