Clinical Research On The Modified Jiao Taitang For The Treatment Of 90 Cases Of The Insomnia Of Heart Kidney Is Not Delivered

Purpose: To observe the effect in the clinical between group A(Modified JiaoTaitang with ziyin medicine group) and group B(Modified JiaoTaitang with zhongzhen medicine group).Methods: Will be elected to the 90 cases of heart kidney is not handed in patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely group A(Modified JiaoTaitang with ziyin medicine group) and group B(Modified JiaoTaitang with zhongzhen medicine group), the two groups(n = 45).Group A: Modified Jiaotang with ziyin drug. Group B: Modified JiaoTaitang with zhongzhen medicine. Methods: group A and group B drug made into medicinal broth, 2 times/day, 100 ml/time, lunch, dinner after taking oral;Two weeks for a period of treatment, respectively, the two groups in various periods of continuous observation of two period of treatment efficacy and various periods symptoms improve the situation, to stop any sleep related drugs.Results: Two groups of clinical curative effect of research shows that:(1) the clinical curative effect analysis: group A(Modified JiaoTaitang with ziyin medicine group) during the first two weeks of curative effect is slow, but after two weeks, curative effect is obvious.Two weeks before the effective rate was 77.8%.Group B(Modified JiaoTaitang with zhongzhen medicine group) in the two previous treatment work quickly, but after two weeks treatment the curative effect in the process of decline.Group B in the first two weeks effective rate of 88.9%, by the SPSS statistical analysis software, the two groups in clinical efficacy of significant difference(P < 0.05), group B clinical curative effect is higher than that of group A.And A, B two group total effective rate were 93.3% and 91.1% respectively, no significant differences, shows that the curative effect of two weeks after the curative effect of group A is higher than group B(2) the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine symptom curative effect analysis: group A(flavored this soup with ziyin medicine group) total effective rate 73.3%, group B(flavored/Thai soup town of sedative group) total effectiveness 80.2%, after statistics analysis, the two groups in terms of TCM symptoms curative effect, there is significant difference(P < 0.05), found that the first two weeks curative effect higher than that of group A, group B but in two weeks, therapeutic effect in group A than in group B.(3) in the two groups after treatment of PSQI(Pittsburgh sleep quality index) and TCM symptoms integral, always by the SPSS statistical analysis software, the curative effect observation found that: when awake, insomnia, dry mouth and less upset, lumbar debility, brothers heart heat, red tongue less moss, pulse count of symptoms, and group B in the first period of treatment were obvious, and in the long term curative effect observation found that the effect in group A than group B.Conclusions:Two sets of flavored this soup can treat heart kidney type insomnia, in different stages of treatment in treatment group A slow were markedly improved, and in the observation of the half A month, curative effect is stable and durable.Group B takes effect quickly, but the late curative effect is abate, is not stable.Visible stronghold of this soup and sedative drugs for the treatment of insomnia takes effect quickly, but cannot last long.And nourish Yin of flavored/Thai soup and drugs for the treatment of though unable to quickly resolve the symptoms, but the effect lasting and stable.
